I went to the 7:30 show tonight, Tuesday, Dec. 4th. We got in line about 7. We were about the 5th row back on the right side. A center seat would have been a better view, but we were happy to have a seat. The sign language interpreter was right in front of us and it was really interesting to watch her - it was beautiful. Definitely not necessary to wait for hours in line unless you must have the front row. There was plenty of standing room available. I imagine it will be more crowded on the weekends and as it gets closer to Christmas. Checking in for wristbands was super easy. It was at ticket booth 4. The CMs were standing out by the ropes for the booth checking emails and passes, then putting on the wristbands. I was worried because one of my son's didn't activate his new pass until after Nov. 12th, but they didn't say anything about it. It was our first Candlelight Processional and really loved it. Hope they have this many performances from now on so we can make it an annual tradition.
Thanks for the info! I was specifically wondering about this issue because I want to take my BF but his AP wasn't effective by 11/12.
