Hello! Hello!
Welcome to our trip report!!!
I hope you will join us on this adventure. I won't make you wait any longer let's get started.
This is how this trip came together...
DH is in the military and a few months ago we found out he will be deploying for the 4th time . Of course this news were unexpected. This year we have not been able to do any trip for just the two of us, so before DH leaves he requested to go back to Disney .
A little about us...
We have been together for 7 years. Married for almost 5. We are in our mind-twenties and don't have any children, well only furry ones . We both love Disney. Well little by little DH has started to love it as much as I do. This will be my 8th trip to WDW and my DH's 6th. We have taken many other vacations, but he always says that Disney is the place were he can relax. Last year was a very busy year for us and things are finally slowing down. We finally feel we are not running around like a headless chickens all the time. Because of his crazy training schedule this trip is going to be a challenge to plan.
Me- I am a Disney addict (there I said it!). I am taking a break from college right now, so I am a stay-at-home wife. DH is very busy and it is the only way we get to spend time together. I love to plan and organize, and by that I mean anything and everything, things, trips, etc. I enjoy the beach and the warm weather. I couldn't live without music. I like to read. I think that the best part of any meal is dessert. Because this deployment was so last minute I am not in deployment mode yet and to be honest I think I am in denial. I guess I am just trying to enjoy each and every moment to the max without thinking about it much. This most likely will be the last trip we take before he leaves and I know the reality will hit any day now. I have to say we have been very lucky in the sense I had DH home for 2 years (almost unheard of considering what his particular job is), which I think it will also make this deployment harder I am just so use to have him around now.
DH- The first time he went to any Disney park was as an adult. He loves Disney movies (Even thought I don't think he would say that to his buddies we will make it our secret). He is very active and likes to work out. He is a very generous and caring person, the kind of person that will go without to give it to someone else. He is very strong (not only physically) and I admire that so much.
Next time I will give more info and dates, hotels and plans. I am so exited I order a binder from disneystore.com a few days ago to make our vacations folder. I can't wait until it gets here :good vibes.
