I was just wondering if the CM's that work the registration desk at check-in know how many times and when I have stayed at the Disney resorts? Is that information available to them on their monitors?
I think once your name is in their computer and they type it in, that is how they can see every stay you have had at a WDW Resort even if you would have moved. They might have some idea, but I don't think it's 100%. The only information they get is name/address/phone number. So if you move.. how do they know it's you???
They may have the information, but I swear they don't use it. Every check-in I have takes WAAY to long.
If I tell them I've stayed there many times, then the front desk CMs should drop it to the basics. Here is your building, do you need tickets, do you need charging priviledges, take my CC# info and let me on my way.
Also, I think the value resorts get more "Earning My Ears" CMs than anywhere else on property, which is probably as it should be, but I really would like for once to have a CM checking me in that knows what they are doing!!
