I'm already thinking about what to eat on my ADRs in August, and am planning on making a 180-day reservation tomorrow for Artist Point. The food looks delicious, however, each option for entree seems to have 1 element I dislike.
My mouth is watering right now for:
Grilled Hand-cut C.A.B. Filet Mignon, Wild Mushroom Ragoût, Savory Truffle, and Hazelnut Crunch Donut filled with Sweet Potato, Sage, and Red Currant Gastrique.
However, I dislike hazelnuts and sweet potato - and this donut seems to be a large portion of the dish. Would the restaurant allow me to substitute the donut for, say, the Yukon Gratin or Herb Spatzle from a different dish?
