"The advantage we have here is you will be getting off the plane, going across the street, picking up your car without having to get on a bus, and you're out," said Phillip Brown, GOAA's deputy executive director.
My experience is more like
"Get off the plane. Queue up for 20 minutes at immigration. Get sent to the back of the queue because you have made a mistake on the green form. Go to collect your bags from the economy carousel. Stand waiting for another 20 minutes wondering where your bags are before realising they have been going around on the Premium Economy carousel the whole time. Go through and board the mono-rail and get stopped by the guard even though there is plenty of space and the doors are still open - and stay open for the next 2 minutes. Get off the mono-rail and search for your car hire desk. Queue up for 45 minutes at the car hire desk. Go to collect your car from the garage and realise your sat-nav is in the suitcase - one of them at least but you can't remember which one. Search for the sat nav. Realise that women are a bit strange when it comes to having their underwear scattered across the floor of the car park while you search for the sat nav. Find the sat nav. Start the holiday. At last. About 4 hours after the plane landed.
