What are your opinions on this car rental company?
First time renting and they had the best price ( Tampa - 2 week intermediate rental.).
Has everyone gotten the car they requested, or run into any problems ?
Really want to know all the ins and outs before we get there .

I used Alamo at MCO without any issues at all. Even though I did not experience this, I have read several posts of very long lines. We had a very nice clean SUV. We reserved a mid-sized SUV and got an Equinox.
