So, we got to the Magic Kingdom around 10:00! When we got there, the Main Street Trolley Show was about to start.
We didn't stop to watch, though. We were heading for the Mine Train, but first we had to stop at Castle Couture so I could get pixie dusted! I told you I'm really six years old, it's okay. After becoming thoroughly sparkly, it was straight to the Mine Train!
We hopped in line and waited about 50 minutes. We didn't mind the wait though, because we hadn't seen the queue yet! Its a really nice line to wait through, with 3 different interactive aspects.
We had a super fun ride, and both Amy and Jack liked it a lot! After we rode, it was a little after 11:00, so we decided to find a place to eat lunch! We went into Pinocchio's to see if there were any tables, and we found a quiet spot upstairs where we ate. We ate our sandwiches, then we had to decide what to do next. Amy hadn't ridden the new Ariel ride yet, so we decided to go over to New Fantasyland. Ariel was a walk-on, and Amy really liked it! After our journey under the sea, we headed to the circus. We did Dumbo, which had almost no line.
When we got off of Dumbo, the Main Street Philharmonic was just starting to perform, so we stopped to watch them!
They were SO good! There was one guy, and he was super funny. He was constantly making funny faces and trying to cause trouble. At the end, they started pulling kids up to wave flags, and I guess my birthday button caught their attention, because they handed me a flag too! I honestly hate being in front of people, so I pretty much just stared at the ground the whole time, but it was still really fun!
After all the fun with the band. we decided to catch a train to Main Street. We were going to Main Street for one specific reason, and that was to find Scoop! If you don't know, Scoop is a Citizen of Main Street, and he is a pin trader. He's the reporter for the local newspaper, and he's a really fun guy to talk to. We are very big pin traders, so we absolutely love running into Scoop. He often had larger, special pins for trade. If you ever run into him and want to trade pins, just remember that he loves "pleases" and "thank yous"!
It was around 1:00 when we got to Main Street, and we didn't have to look too long before we found Scoop! There were a few other pin traders there talking to him, and we had a lot of fun talking and trading. A couple of the other traders that were there actually gave me pins for my birthday! It was incredibly nice, and totally unexpected. Also, if you don't know, this is what Scoop looks like.
After hanging out with Scoop for a little while longer, we said our good-byes and moved on. We ran into another Citizen of Main Street on our way, and we stopped for a picture! Her name is Victoria Trumpetta.
After we left Main Street, we headed to Tomorrowland! We decided to go on the Peoplemover first, which never has a line. Next we went went to Monstropolis to watch the Laugh Floor. It was hilarious as usual, of course. After that we did Buzz Lightyear, which as you probably guessed, had a pretty short line. It wasn't a walk on, but it still didn't take more than 15-20 minutes.
I'll try to finish up the rest of this day with one more update!

Sounds like a lovely birthday! I think it's really great the way they've made the queues so much more fun so that waiting in line isn't such a bad thing anymore. I'm anxious to see the new Peter Pan queue!

After we rode Buzz, we stopped to have a snack, then decided to do the Speedway! The line wasn't long, and that was a lot of fun. By the time we were done on the Speedway, our Space Mountain FastPasses were ready! Everyone rode, and everyone had a good time. After that, we headed out of Tomorrowland and into Fantasyland! We did the Teacups first. Jack sat this one out because the spinning gives him motion sickness. Everyone else rode, though, and it was a lot of fun. We did Pooh Bear next, then we used our FPs for Peter Pan, then we did Mickey's Philharmagic. After that was time for one of my favorite rides, It's a Small World! This ride has been one of my favorites from day one. I just love all of the dolls' different outfits!
When we got off, the clock was striking the quarter hour.
After Small World, we decided to go eat dinner. We picked Casey's Corner. Almost everyone got corn dog nuggets, but a couple of people got hotdogs. Everyone enjoyed their food. After we ate, we had to decide what to do next. We picked the Haunted Mansion, which only had a 15-20 minute wait. We went to Frontierland after that and rode Pirates, which had a fairly short wait.
After Pirates, we rode Big Thunder Mountain. That's such a fun ride to go on in the dark! After that we went to Adventureland and rode Jungle Cruise, then we started making our way back towards Main Street to find a spot for Wishes. We found a pretty good spot near the front of the Hub on the Tomorrowland side. We waited about 10 minutes, then Celebrate the Magic started! Amy had never seen it before, and she totally loved it! After that it was time for Wishes. I have a hard time watching that show without crying! It's just so magical.
After Wishes was over, we decided to head out of the park. We don't usually leave right after fireworks because of the crowds, and tonight we remembered why! It took forever to get out, and the crowd was crazy! We eventually made our way out, though, and got to the boat dock. We didn't have to wait too long before a boat came to take us home. Once we got back, we walked back home. Amy and Jack had to drive 2 hours to get home, so they didn't want to hang around for too long, but they did stay to have some birthday cake! Everyone sang "Happy Birthday", we had cake, and talked for a bit before Amy and Jack headed home. After they left, we just hung out for a while, then got ready for bed. Now, tonight we were getting another visitor! Our friend, or honorary sister, Bethany was coming to stay with us for 4 days! She didn't get in until after 10:00, so we didn't see her much before we went to bed. We hung out for a few minutes after Bethany arrived, blew up our air mattress for her to sleep on, then went to bed! This was one of the best, most magical birthdays I had ever had! Tomorrow we were going back to Magic Kingdom for Bethany's first day.

We woke up this morning a little before 6:00! The Magic Kingdom was opening at 8:00, and that's where we were going. Everyone got up, got ready, and we got all of our stuff together. Bethany had only been to Disney 1 time before, so she was very excited! We headed to the boat dock, but we had to wait a little bit for a boat. We found out that boats don't run until 30 minutes before park opening. Because of that, we only caught about half of the opening show. It wasn't a big deal, though.
After the show, we headed into the park. Scoop was the announcer for the opening show, and he was taking pictures, so we stopped for one!
After stopping for a picture, we headed for Fantasyland! We stopped into Castle Couture so we could get some pixie dust first, of course. After becoming thoroughly sparkly, we headed to New Fantaslyland to do the Ariel ride. It was Bethany's first time, and she loved it! After that we went to Peter Pan.
Then we went across the street to Small World! Because it was early magic hours, we were pretty much walking onto everything.
After Small World, we rode the Pooh Bear ride, then the Teacups. After those rides, it was around 9:30. Scoop comes out for pin trading at 9:45, and Bethany really wanted to trade with him, so we headed over to Main Street. We found Scoop easily and had a very nice time talking and trading with him. After trading with Scoop, we decided to go to the circus! We went on Dumbo, which was only about a 10 minute wait. Dumbo is one of Bethany's favorite characters, so we stopped for a picture with him.
We rode the Barnstormer after that. I'm not sure why we ride that as adults, but for some reason we seem to ride it a lot! We went back into Fantasyland after that, and we decided to do the Philharmagic. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before the next show. After that, we rode the Carousel! That was also about a 10 minute wait. We headed over to Tomorrowland next! Bethany was having a great time getting to ride all of the rides. We rode the Speedway first, which had about a 15 minute wait. That was a lot of fun! We were having a great day so far!

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of/shorter updates lately. We've been pretty busy! Also, I don't have a lot of notes for these upcoming days, so I'm pretty much just writing from pictures and memories. There are still a lot of gaps though, so it's been a little tricky. I also wanted to update you guys on what's been going on recently. Originally I said that our plan was to leave Disney for 4 weeks in the middle of our trip before returning for another 2 weeks here. Well, Dad's business has been doing better than expected down here, and we're crazy, so we've extended our stay here at the Fort! We won't be leaving at all until we head home at the end of March. I want to thank all of you for following us on our adventures, and I'll try to get some more updates out soon!

After we rode the Speedway, it was around lunchtime! So, we decided to eat at Cosmic Ray's because it's right there. After looking at the different menus for a while, Dad decided to get a hamburger, Sam and Travis shared chicken nuggets and fries, and I got the kid's turkey sandwich. Mom and Bethany didn't see anything they wanted, so they decided to go over to Pinocchio's to get something. They got the flat bread sandwich to share and brought it back over to Cosmic Ray's to eat with us. Everyone enjoyed their food a lot! After we ate, we decided to ride Buzz.
After riding Buzz, we headed out of Tomorrowland. We made our way over to Frontierland! We used our FastPasses for Big Thunder first. After that we decided to go over to Tom Sawyer Island for a while! We had a lot of fun there playing in the tunnels, on the bridges, and in the fort.
We spent about 30-45 minutes playing on the island. After taking the raft back, we went to see the Country Bear Jamboree! That show is so funny, and Bethany was glad she got to see it. After the show, we moved from Frontierland into Adventureland. We rode Pirates first, which was about a 20 minute wait. Crowds were moderate on this day, with the holiday weekend coming. After Pirates we decided to see the Tiki Birds! We only had to wait about 10 minutes for the next show to start. After singing with the birds and the flowers, we hopped in line for the Magic Carpets because it was right there. We waited about 20-30 minutes for the carpets. We wanted to do Jungle Cruise next, but the wait was almost an hour, so we skipped that. We checked some wait times and decided to go back towards Liberty Square and do Haunted Mansion. We waited about 25 minutes before boarding our doom buggy. Bethany hadn't seen the new queue yet, and she thought it was super cool! After Haunted Mansion, we stopped for a snack, then headed towards Tomorrowland. Our FastPasses for Space Mountain were good, so we used those!
Everyone loves that ride, so that was a lot of fun. After Space Mountain we walked on to the Peoplemover to relax for a bit. That's always such a nice thing to ride when you need a little break. After our rest on the Peoplemover, we decided to do the Laugh Floor! We only waited about 10-15 minutes for the next show to start.

Bethany wanted to eat at the Harbor House, but Sam and Travis aren't big fans of the food there. So, we split up. Sam and Travis went to Casey's and the rest of us went to the Harbor House. Dad and I shared the chicken and fish platter and the clam chowder, Mom got the veggie chili, and Bethany got the fish. Everyone enjoyed their food a lot! Sam and Travis came and met us at the restaurant when they were done. They both got corn dog nuggets. After dinner we decided to ride Haunted Mansion again because it only had a 10-15 minute wait. After that we split up again. Bethany really wanted to do the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom thing, so she, Sam, and Travis went to Main Street to get some cards. They ended up doing the portals in Adventureland. While they were doing that, Mom, Dad, and I stayed in Liberty Square to meet Tiana and Naveen! They were out greeting, and we only waited about 15 minutes to see them. They were a lot of fun to talk to!
After meeting with the Prince and Princess of Maldonia, we looked around the shops in Liberty Square. Sam called us when they were done with their Sorcerers cards, and we met up near Rapunzel's tower. We had FastPasses for the Mine Train to use! Bethany was very excited to ride, especially because Dopey is one of her favorite characters. We rode in the back, and had a great time!

Wishes wasn't for about an hour and a half, and we weren't sure what we would do until then. We were coming back in a few days, so Bethany would have another chance to see Wishes. Congrats on not having to leave Disney! Will you guys do any other theme parks like Sea World or Universal?

Today we went to EPCOT! The park opened at 9:00, so we didn't have to get up quite as early as yesterday. We got ready and left around 8:00, and after our two bus rides, we got to EPCOT around 8:30. They let us in a little before 9:00, and we headed straight for Test Track. We had to wait about 30 minutes, but it wasn't that bad. Mom, Bethany, and I made a car together.
And the boys made a one together.
Everyone loves this ride, and we had a great time! There were six of us, so we took up one whole car.
After Test Track we went to ride Mission: Space. On our way there, we saw the Jamitors performing! We had never seen them before, and they were so good! If you don't know, they are a group of four drummers dressed as janitors. They use garbage cans and other fun items to drum on. After watching them, we headed over to Mission: Space.
Travis and I rode the green side; Mom, Sam, and Bethany rode the orange; and Dad sat out. We only had to wait 10-15 minutes for that. After we got off, we played a little bit of Mission: Space Race, then headed out. We went to Innoventions next! We wanted to play Where's the Fire, which is one of our favorite things to do at EPCOT.
We waited about 5-10 minutes for the next game to start. We had a lot of fun playing! Dad, Mom, Bethany, and I were on the Find More side, and Sam and Travis were on the Search Wells. The Search Wells ended up winning, but everyone had a good time! After that we left Innoventions and went to ride Figment! That was pretty much a walk-on. After our journey into the imagination, we headed for the Land. We rode Living with the Land first, which only had a 5 minute wait. After that our Soarin' FastPasses were good! We love that ride, but are excited to see the changes they are planning on making! It was around lunchtime now, so we found a table to sit at and eat the sandwiches that we had brought. After eating and relaxing for a bit, we headed out of the Land and into the countries! We started in Canada today.
We went into all the shops and looked around for a while. Canada is one of the most beautiful countries in my opinion! I love the waterfall and all of the flowers.
The new lumberjack show was starting at 1:00, so we stuck around for that. We thought the show was amazing! We had never really listened to Off Kilter, so we aren't sad that they're gone. They do about 3 different demonstrations in the show, and it's a little competition. It's very fun, and I would totally recommend watching it!
They all come down after the show to talk to people and take pictures, so we stopped to take a picture with them!
We were heading into the UK next!
And the boys made a one together.
Everyone loves this ride, and we had a great time! There were six of us, so we took up one whole car.
After Test Track we went to ride Mission: Space. On our way there, we saw the Jamitors performing! We had never seen them before, and they were so good! If you don't know, they are a group of four drummers dressed as janitors. They use garbage cans and other fun items to drum on. After watching them, we headed over to Mission: Space.
Travis and I rode the green side; Mom, Sam, and Bethany rode the orange; and Dad sat out. We only had to wait 10-15 minutes for that. After we got off, we played a little bit of Mission: Space Race, then headed out. We went to Innoventions next! We wanted to play Where's the Fire, which is one of our favorite things to do at EPCOT.
We waited about 5-10 minutes for the next game to start. We had a lot of fun playing! Dad, Mom, Bethany, and I were on the Find More side, and Sam and Travis were on the Search Wells. The Search Wells ended up winning, but everyone had a good time! After that we left Innoventions and went to ride Figment! That was pretty much a walk-on. After our journey into the imagination, we headed for the Land. We rode Living with the Land first, which only had a 5 minute wait. After that our Soarin' FastPasses were good! We love that ride, but are excited to see the changes they are planning on making! It was around lunchtime now, so we found a table to sit at and eat the sandwiches that we had brought. After eating and relaxing for a bit, we headed out of the Land and into the countries! We started in Canada today.
