2013 DisDads Fantasy Football

Sent ours in by mail with a note on Monday. DW did the checks over the weekend. Agreed. If you have the resources, it's a great charity to donate to.
 
Well, the water heater broke which kept me from updating my lineup. And another promising season goes by the wayside. Only Alshon Jeffrey and a 50 point performance can save me now.

So...I've been thinking...

The past several years I've tweaked and worked on the MFL site... trying to make this the most unique league I could.

30 team league with 3 divisions (each with it's own NFL pool)...Triple Headers... multi-level playoffs...

While it was never mandatory... I asked those that could to make donations to Give Kids the World in place of a league fee... only reason I did this is that MFL is a host site which you have to pay a premium for a deluxe league... and I covered the cost. Plus helping out the folks at Give Kids the World is great thing to do.

Last year participation in the donations was less than 50% on both number of participants... and monetary goals.

With that... and other reasons... I don't think I will continue the league using MFL...and this season I think we will go a different route.

Currently I have set up 3 identical Disdad Fantasy Football Leagues on Yahoo! League tool I think everyone is familiar with. I think this will increase participation.

Anyone can view the links below...to look over the league settings.

I hate that it has to change and I'll definitely miss the cross division trash talk but I completely understand.

Sorry the participation didn't get up to snuff last year. I'm fine with being on Yahoo--I appreciate the work you put into this, Nate.

The only downside is that I can't perform my annual stomping of Andy's team now. :rotfl2:
