Thanks Kathy! I am awake after hearing what felt like all the sirens in my town drive by so now we have less than 24 hours before we are on our way!!!

I have a lot left to do though: run to the libraries, get my glasses tweaked, preschool parent/child meeting, my own grad school class and finishing packing. Not too bad!

Oh my goodness, 2 sleeps!! I just love the Castle. Makes the one at DL look dinky. It is so spectacular at night all lit up!!!

It seems so much smaller in pictures even, I can only imagine what it would feel like in person after being to the one in Florida.

Wow, can you believe I started this countdown 29 days ago? Here I am at my 30th item on my countdown and it is the most important to me:

1. FAMILY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing I am most looking forward to is being able to spend quality time with my family. DH, Lilian and I have not had much family time together recently. He has been busy taking on more projects at work as he is working towards another promotion and I have been so busy this summer with my classes. We have not even made it to the zoo this summer together. While there will be other family around us (possibly at all times), I am really going to strive to focus on the three of us, how we are feeling, what we want to do, see and eat, etc. It will be magical experience and I cannot wait for it to begin!!

I thought I would take a few moments and update you on some things I have gotten done but have not had a chance to post.

Lilian’s birthday shirt. Sorry for the harsh flash, but I just quickly took the picture.

Halloween Twirl Skirt (disregard the purple tank top in the picture—it is paired with her Halloween Minnie shirt).

Disney Binder

Inside is: laminated bookmark with all confirmation numbers (from TA), my visual weekly chart with hours chart on the backside, daily itinerary cards, journal sheets, photopass cards, character cards and pockets to slide receipts and such into.

I love the size of it; it is easy to pull in and out of a bag and to flip through. It will definitely keep me organized.

Journal Cards and Dining Card Tracker: The journal cards may or may not go into the park. I have not decided yet. I originally planned to put them on binder rings but then I decided if I want to use them in my actual scrapbook when we get home, I did not want the holes. If I had, than I would have taken them into the parks. Now that they are just loose cards rubber banded together by park, DTD or dining cards, I think I will jot notes in my notebook than fill out the appropriate cards either when we get back to the resort and it is fresh in my mind or on the drive home. I think it will help ease the sadness of the journey home if I do them the second way. Thoughts??

The Dining Card Tracker is in the Disney binder, pictured above. We don’t need it as much for the TS meals (I am anticipating we will make it to all or at very minimal, use them all) but I thought it might be nice to have something to check off the table service meals (especially if we split any) and snacks.

Thanks Jenny! I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. We are getting there--still have a few more things left to get ready and packed but we are doing really well. We will be packing the car with the bulk of things late afternoon after my class. The rest of the things will be in the morning before we leave.

It has 2 pockets in the front of it which I use for various things. On the first page, I have all the park hours, parades, etc written out (I love writing things for some reason) and on the back of that page is all of our ADR's. After that, I have our resort, MNSSHP and BBB info.

I saw those dining plan punch cards on the DISign threads, but I don't remember who made them. That would be something nice I could send to my clients.

Thanks Meghan! I have to be organized, I get crazy if I am not. I wrote out the ADRs in another spot in case the bookmark gets left in the resort room.

Sorry Lilian's birthday had to be brought indoors, we have had a snap of cooler weather here in Minnesota too! She looks adorable and everything you made and have prepared looks awesome!! LOVE the binder and all the cards too!!

I'm so excited for you! You are so incredible organized! Love your journal cards, binder, and tracker! I like the idea of the journal cards for your scrapbook - I journaled each day that I was there but will have to re-journal it in the scrapbook - didn't think to make handy little cards!
