We used Dollar, and had a very pleasant experience, even with luggages. Didn't even have to drop anyone off at the terminal beforehand. Their office on Lake Buena Vista is a different story though, as we did WDW post cruise. They claimed not to have a shuttle back to our resort.

We thought about a southern Caribbean too! Just so we could have an excuse to spend a few days in San Juan since the port is there? Lol we checked the airfares from SFO to MCO is the same as if we go from SF to San Juan :) there's still plenty of time to decide :)

I just checked port adventures, 90 min stay in trunk bay does sound too short! I wonder if it's possible to do beach activities on your own? Island tours sound good, too, esp for us first timers there :)

Thank you for this! Good info. We will be on the Dream sailing next week, also using Dollar, as there are six of us, too expensive to use the Disney bus. Good to know they have shuttles. :)
