Thank you for the reply. Do you know how this will work? I was planning to purchase my park tickets this month...should I be waiting to purchase the tickets? Or if I buy them now and the MB's do happen to become available to those off site, will I then be able to link my tickets to the band??

I am staying at Swan and Dolphin Dec 22-30 2013. This is my first time off site. I called WDW info to find out if we would be able to buy magic bands as we would be staying off site. They said they are planning to roll them out to "the public" before the end of the year. I am so confused...

Does anyone know the hours that most shops will be open in Downtown Disney? My travel dates are Nov24-Dec1. I have reservations at the House of Blues on the 24th, at 8:00pm and was hoping to visit Pin Traders, and World of Disney after dinner.

I am new here, so I hope I am doing this right. Has anyone ever seen the framed pin set that spells out Walt Disney World, (in various rides and attractions) available for purchase outside of the park???
