There have been numerous problems with AOL lately, mostly to do with receiving automated responses via email. We do recommend that you connect using either Netscape or Internet Explorer to get the best "DIS experience". :)

Have you tried doing a search for Disney Clipart? There are several sites with tons of graphics that you can either link to or download and put on your own webpage. :)

Try inserting the timer again... I took a look at your signature and can see the code in there, but I the error is obvious enough for me to sort out. First remove what you have there, the generate an new timer and paste it into your signature area.

I don't think that there is a way to modify the code to work on your desktop, but I believe there are freeware programs that let you run a countdown on your desktop. Here's one for you... Countdown You can also search VersionTracker.com for more. :)
