Hmmm... When I booked at standard view it's description states "2 queens OR 1 queen and 1 bunk bed". I understood that to mean you'd get either at that rate... not that they were only upgraded rooms. Maybe I misunderstood?

Hi All, Can someone tell me the likelihood of getting a room with bunk beds if I'm just reserved as a standard room? I'm really hoping for one as my son and daughter are past the age of sharing a bed comfortably (13 and 10). Is this a request I should call in? And if so, when should I do so...

Arrggghhh- so frustrated!!! Finally got a CM on the line after 50 min wait. And as soon as I gave her my res # she said she couldn't do anything b/c I had booked through AAA and I would have to call my AAA agent to make changes. I had no idea. Problem is I don't trust my agent to get it done-...

I already have a reservation that I just want to update to the discount. Don't really want to go to the hassle of making a new one and canceling the old. Just will be patient I guess. I'm occupying my time by reading the Dis Dining Reviews :rotfl:

Is 7:30 ADR at Via Napoli too late to see Illuminations? (Trip is in mid-August). Not sure what time Illuminations starts and how long it will take 2 to eat at Napoli. Thanks for any input :) -Kim

I'm kind of new to this "PIN" thing too. How does Disney get your info to send you one? Do you have to make a reservation and hope they send you one? Or do they get your info from prior stays?
