New ticket system coming to WDW - Begins October 16th

Sorry I haven’t read the whole thread...is there any new insight on the 10/16 changes? Trip coming up 2/1-5 and I need to find out whether a person on our trip should buy ticket now or gamble that Feb dates will be about the same as current pricing. What is the current consensus? Thanks!

    February 2019 Discount Watch

I got a 16.9% overall discount ($511.70 vs $616 before tax) rebooking Pop for 4 nights. I did not use a Disney Visa. This was through GP offer. The Disney Visa offer % off was the same price.

    February 2019 Discount Watch

We need to place some bets about whether new Feb pricing will be about the same cost, less than current or more...I guess it will depend on the start date of your vacation.

New ticket system coming to WDW - Begins October 16th

Is there a place we can see the prices per day? I am waiting to buy tickets for a friend for a trip in Feb-maybe waiting would be best if Feb tickets are lower than a 4DPH now.

    February 2019 Discount Watch

Checked today and all standard rooms at Pop are gone for our short trip 2/1-5. Reserved a Preferred room to be on safe side but I am waiting for Disney Visa room discount hopefully soon and if not then the AP discount.

"Official" 2018 Disney After Hours (DAH) Thread (Now Closed, see New 2019 Thread)

So does that mean we will be able to immediately get 3 FP upon entering the party with the DAH tickets? (After we have been using and getting more FP during that day at multiple parks with our regular tickets)

We have tickets to the 8/30 party. We also have 5 day hoppers. That morning we will be at MK and I have already booked 3 FP. Then we hop to DHS in afternoon for TSL & early dinner at 50'sPT. Will I only be able to book the 3 party FP once we arrive at the event that night or is there a way to...

    Current Future stay/bounce back offers

This may be a dumb question but do they count adults in the room as "Disney adults" or people over 18? I am going with my daughter, age 15 and we would like to book two rooms next year, one for friends and one for us. Is there any way to do this?

    Pandora rides

Last year my (then 14yo) daughter with HFA and other chronic health issues had problems riding FoP. Her issues were with the Back and leg restraints and sensory/anxiety issues. She stated the restraints were too tight and I think due to her anxiety she struggled to get free of them which caused...

    Just back-feedback on current DAS

I'm not saying they should take us backstage. I don't even know what they could've done. Find us a calmer/quieter place? In the past I have shown the GAC and had CMs help me get her to a bathroom. Maybe where we were was the only available location, I don't know. I am not saying it's...

    Just back-feedback on current DAS

We just returned from 6 day trip. We enjoyed FP+ and magic bands usability. We did get a DAS and used it 1-2 times per day. Crowds were much higher than anticipated and MK was very crowded. My dd12 had a panic attack in MK near Columbia Harbor House on Sat about midday. We found a quiet...

    Sept not low crowds anymore?

Here now and crowds are definitely higher than expected. Test track yesterday was 110 min standby. Today 7dmt hovered at 60-70. The mtns stayed over 30 all day. One thing I will say is less than 50% of the guests are U.S. Guests. Many from Brazil. I think Disney is running specials for low times...

    First trip in 2 yrs-questions

Wow thanks to you both that is really helpful. We are going low key and have sit down lunch planned each day. She won't ride intense rides so no worries there. She is on medication for anxiety but I will have stronger "as needed" meds for attacks. She won't do fantasmic but shows like Indiana or...

    First trip in 2 yrs-questions

We've been to WDW many times. My daughter is 12 and has Asperger' s and some severe anxiety and sensory issues. We haven't used magic bands or DAS before. I've been getting my daughter used to wearing the magic bands and I've explained to her GAC card doesn't exist anymore. She has panic attacks...
