    HRH DELUXE Club level rooms

We stayed in deluxe club level room at Hard Rock two years ago. With two older kids we really enjoyed the extra room and pull out sofa. now looking to go back and I only see regular sized guest rooms available on club level. does anyone know if the deluxe size rooms are still available? I know...

AKL Nighttime Safari, anyone done it?

My family and I are staying at AKL concierge level in March. We are not early risers so the breakfast safari is out. But I see as of Oct. there is a nighttime safari which is much more to our liking, timewise. Has anyone done it? Is it walking or in a vehicle? Worth the $$? Not a lot of info...

    Dream Dining Rotation Question

Thank you! As I recall Pirate Night is usually a good night to miss, as the food is not that great. Does anyone know if it's true that AP doesn't do their usual show on Pirate Night? I recall seeing that somewhere.

What time do we have to leave ship

After our first cruise, we learned rushing to get off the ship is a big mistake. We usually get something light we can eat for breakfast the day before and eat in our cabin, taking our time and avoiding the rush and crowds. Only problem was last year on Allure of the Seas -- we had an indoor...

    Dream Dining Rotation Question

My husband and I want to book a dinner at Palo for our upcoming 4-night Dream cruise. The first time we cruised on the Wonder, you dined in a different restaurant the first 3 nights, then a repeat of one of the 3 on your fourth night. That's when we dined at Palo. But our last Wonder cruise a...

    Forbidden journey and bathrooms

How does the castle tour differ from queueing through the castle to get on the ride itself? Thanks for the advice!

    Dining before HHN, need advice!

Awesome, thanks! Two of us are staying for HHN, two of us are not, so I think we'll have dinner onsite before park close then split up. So good to know!

    Dining before HHN, need advice!

What if you are staying onsite and have tix to the park for the day plus HHN tix? Can you just stay in the park or do you have to leave and come back? I'm taking it by the posts if we can do the former that would be our best bet as opposed to going back to our hotel and returning later.

    Forbidden journey and bathrooms

Ok, this may seem like a crazy question -- but my DD and I have small bladders and I am afraid of the line situation at FJ. I know there's a possibility we could be in line for awhile and I'm wondering if there are bathrooms available once you are in line? Again, know it's silly but...

    Kids club on the Wonder

I don't think it would be a problem, especially since she's just 13 and has other kids in her group that will be there. Before they had the open policy they let my then 12 yr old DS hang with my shy 3 yr old DD in the Oceaneer Club several times, just to help her feel comfortable. This was four...

    Pelican Plunge is open

We were just there on 3/14 cruise. DH and DD went in despite the cold water. I stood on the beach and watched. One word of warning: enclosed slide is much faster and drops into water with much more force than open slide. DH let 7 year old DD go on it -- much to my horror as I stood helpless...

    AAA benefits, 2010

I'm reading with interest all the talk about TA's not knowing what they're doing. Last year when we went to WDW I asked my AAA TA to confirm I could check my bags at the YBC instead of the airport (I was 99% sure I could). She told me no, and GET THIS called Disney to ask and their agent told...

    Soy milk situation?

Good news! The kids and I wouldn't want to go 4 days without our fave breakfast -- cereal and milk:goodvibes After spending years buying tetra packs of soymilk to take everywhere -- people would look at you like you were an alien if you asked for it in a hotel or restaurant -- I'm so glad to...

    Castaway Cay excursions

What a great story. Your son is a boy after my own heart :goodvibes Thanks for the info, now I can plan our excursion without having to Google "how not to get stung by a stingray." It sounds like fun, I can't wait to try it.

    Soy milk situation?

It's been a few years since we took a DCL and I'm wondering if anyone who's been recently can help me. Is there soymilk readily available on the cruise? I know it's everywhere at WDW, but can't remember about the cruise.

    Castaway Cay excursions

We are also thinking of trying snorkeling, our last trip all we did was bike and looking for something new. However, my questions is -- and maybe I'm a worrywart:rotfl: -- do the stingrays have their barbs? The thought makes me a bit nervous.

finding out if dining requests were granted

you might be able to find out now. I booked in Oct. for March cruise and was given late dining. My TA put in a request for the main (early) seating. When I went to pay my cruise in full a couple weeks ago, she said it had been changed as I requested. It's also that way on the form she printed...

Just off the 12/20 cruise Kids clubs- no age groupings

to all of you who wonder about an older child being allowed in the clubs/labs for younger kids, I can share my experience. On our first DC in 2006, my DD was 3, DS was 12. She was shy and wanted to experience the Oceaneer Club, but not by herself. I talked to the counselors and they allowed her...

    Passport expiry question

We are cruising on DCL in March 2010, my passport expires in Aug. 2010. I know some countries won't allow you in if your passport expries within 6 months. My question is, for the 4-day Bahamas cruise, will that be a problem? I hate to renew it when it will still have four months on it, but...
