Ordering thing and them coming in helps take away from the long wait for sure! I found my oldest 10 frozen/disney/superhero shirts at Penny's for 25$ (also including about 7 things not disney related). Cost oop for me was 5$ since I had a gift return worth 20$ish. I decided to wrap them two to a box for her to open. Fast forward to browsing walmart website and low and behold I can get the littlest her 10 shirts for about 30$. Still not bad when you think of how little I spent on the oldests. So I wrapped the oldest marking down what was in each box and a number on the label. When the youngest come in I'm going to match hers up as I wrap with the same numbers so they can be opened together and see they have matching character shirts!

I think if I went on trips closer together I would probably save money because I would have less impulse buys while I'm preparing!

This was ordered from myfantasybands.com

And here is the Vera Bradley decal I designed and ordered from magicyourband.com The picture is a little fuzzy, but thats my own fault,it was really hard for me to find a clear image and this is the best I could get. Either way, I'm still really happy with it and I think I'm going to end up getting either a yellow or pink magic band for this decal :hyper:

Hi there! Just read through your PTR and it looks like you're doing a great job planning this trip, especially considering the number of people involved.

I'm sorry your cruise idea didn't quite work. It looks like it would have been a fun addition, but that's a pretty big chunk of change. Hopefully you'll be able to do one soon.

It is always hard to plan a trip this far out. Sometimes you just want to be able to get something solid when all you can do is hurry up and wait.

Thanks! I just got the reminder the other day on my phone that my ADR day is 90 days away so I've been able to work a little on planning. I'm hoping Sept/Oct EMH are released soon so I can finalize my schedule before then.

I'm hoping next year! My in-laws are cruise junkies so they're always down for that!

Hi all!

Just thought I would stop in for a quick update to let you all know I didn't abandon ship lol

I just got a reminder on my phone about a week ago that our ADR day was 90 days out!!!

Even more so because someone FINALLY agrees that we are within an adequate time frame to start planning!
My sister is coming over this weekend to work on a plan for our park days/ADR's. My husband keeps telling me he will look at the DDP list when he gets a chance, but I'm still not getting much out of him. He keeps telling me that I need to take into consideration where other people want to eat and what they want to do. Well, I've been asking people for MONTHS for their suggestions and I've gotten nothing. So, no, I dont need to take into consideration what they want to do if they come to me the day before ADR day with their wants. I've said before that if someone wants to do something different than what we have planned, I have no problem with that, but they are in charge of making the accomodations. I've made suggestions to everyone and they seem on board with my ideas so I'm just going with that.

In other news, my husband has this new thing about getting our "Disney bods" on. I'm not really sure what a disney bod is, but the first thing that comes to mind is dad bod lol

Anyway, working two jobs, not having time to eat a proper healthy meal, and hectic holidays have left me looking like Honey Boo Boo..

I feel ya, girl.

So I've started keeping a food diary, and going to the gym whenever I can fit it in. I'm really hoping for about 35lbs down by September. I'd be ecstatic with 25lbs, but hey, go big or go home!

Hopefully these updates will become more frequent now that I'm actually within a reasonable planning time frame lol

So, as I said, my sister came over and worked on a plan with me. This is what we came up with, based on last years hours, EMH, and party days. So, of course, this will all go to hell when the actual hours, EMH and party days are released :thumbsup2

We still need to go over what FP+ we want, but theres still plenty of time for that, so that will be for another day!

My husband is still debating if he wants to add a few more TS meals, and pay OOP for them. I told him times a tickin'! He needs to decide and let me know ASAP! Has anyone been to Big River Grill & Brewing Co.?? I dont really hear too much about them in anyones trip reports, but the menu looked really good to me so I thought after our HS day we could take a nice stroll to the Boardwalk and try it out! I'm not thrilled about Sci-Fi Diner, but it was a request from another one of our travelers so I made sure to include it. Everythign else I'm really excited about!

As you can see, I also scheduled for Rivers of Light on there. That is a complete guess as to what time itll be at. I know its a night time show, so i took a shot in the dark, hopefully I'm close lol :scratchin

Sounds like that guy on the Trip Advisor boards from Italy that brought his family to WDW for Christmas and was completely furious he couldn't walk up and get a table at any restaurants for Christmas day dinner. :confused3
