It may end up not being at LTT though. However, I think a turkey leg and a Mickey bar could be a fun meal. Hope it works out and just try to make the best out the situation if necessary.
I'll be there on the 15th and 17th. Hope for a "Soft opening" invite, but not sure we'd get one because it's just me, DW and DD2 (not sure they'd want to pick a small family with a toddler)... but then again, they might want us for a "potential training opportunity." Here's to hoping...
Often "soft opening" just means that a location will open unannounced, for all comers, with no promises that it will stay open any longer than ten seconds from now. It's a bit more challenging with a restaurant than with an attraction, because the throughput is smaller and the experience lasts quite a bit longer. but it remains the case that it's worth keeping your eyes open while you're there and not being afraid to ask any nearby CM what the possibilities might be.

I just saw touring plans do a periscope from the Skipper Canteen a couple of hours ago and walls are still up. I did see a picture of a family eating at Liberty Tree though, so it is open.
