It's My Birthday & I'll Disney if I Wanna! ~ A Dec 2015 PTR - COMPLETE!

Ack! :crazy2: I think for me it would depend on the skirt. In the 90s, when the long elastic-waist Bohemian "broomstick" skirts were popular, I LIVED in those things. They were so freakin' comfortable. I'm really looking forward to the day that they come back into fashion!
Yeah, those were great. I do have a few skirts that I can wear for days and days, but most of my skirts are only good for 10-12 hours.

Plus pajama pants totally don't count as real pants, anyhow! They are their very own classification of comfy. :cloud9: Real pants are the evil!

Fair point. Pajama pants are a special category.
I can't remember the last time I wore real pants, so I'll have to believe you when you say they're evil.

I pretty much live in yoga pants - one of the benefits of being a stay at home mom. I feel like I'm getting real classy when I wear jeans! So I agree that real pants are evil!

Great job on the savings!

October 2016 is shaping up nice! I love that you plan everything so far in advance - I don't feel so alone in my long term planning!

Let's add shoes to that list...some days I just want to go to school wearing my slippers.

Congrats paying off your trip. We are saving for our next trip, too.

So sorry I've totally been a slacker on dis. Isn't knowing everything is paid or about to be paid the best feeling in the world :)

What an awesome feeling to have your December trip paid for by the end of the month!

Ooh, Migic Mike XXL, hello!! Did you like the movie? Someone told me the plot is kinda non existent but who cares! Half naked hot men !! :bitelip:

hope you had a good holiday weekend!

Btw, I started a little PTR, would love to have you join in! So far it's just me and Lu at the party :cheer2:

So THAT will be a big accomplishment and a huge relief!

That really is a big accomplishment and must be an amazing feeling! I wouldn't know...having never actually paid for a trip prior to taking it lol

She and her husband are taking their first ever kid-free trip to Walt Disney World tomorrow,

That will be so much fun. I'd love to do that with my hubby one day!!

Oh and agreed about pants lol...I usually wear my yoga pants or soft shorts too!!

Man, if it wasn't for having to go into work, I'd never get dressed. I think at this point I actually own more nighties and jammies than I do real clothes. When I'm out shopping, I have to physically restrain myself from buying more of them. I'm addicted to COMFY! :cloud9:

Great job on the savings!
Thanks! $$$$$!

Oh man. It's embarrassing how much I've done for the October 2016 trip already. I'm probably going to address this in my next update, actually. It's sick.

Let's add shoes to that list...some days I just want to go to school wearing my slippers.
Yaaaaasss! My stepfather, who is from Michigan, laughs at me and my Mama, both Carolina girls, because WE HATE SHOES!!!! I would live barefooted or in sandals, if I could (an mostly, I do... the real shoes usually only come out for work). ::yes::

Congrats paying off your trip. We are saving for our next trip, too.
Thank you! I'm pretty excited! :woohoo:

Yesssssss! It feels AWESOME! :hyper:

I know! I can't wait! Little things like that just make it feel so much more REAL! Like, YEAH THIS IS REALLY GONNA HAPPEN WOOOOOO! :woohoo:

Ooh, Migic Mike XXL, hello!! Did you like the movie? Someone told me the plot is kinda non existent but who cares! Half naked hot men !! :bitelip:
I did like it, I thought it was cute! And the plot is basically non-existent, yes. lol. But it was actually rather sweet and charming, believe it or not. :lovestruc

Btw, I started a little PTR, would love to have you join in! So far it's just me and Lu at the party :cheer2:
Beep beep! I'm on my waaaaaay! :car:

That really is a big accomplishment and must be an amazing feeling! I wouldn't know...having never actually paid for a trip prior to taking it lol
It's the only way that I CAN pay for a trip!

That will be so much fun. I'd love to do that with my hubby one day!!
She's texted me a couple pics, they are having a great time! :goodvibes

Oh and agreed about pants lol...I usually wear my yoga pants or soft shorts too!!
Pajama party, woo! :rotfl:

Good to see that you have a recliner snuggle ritual too! Our cats loved to pile up in my lap for a visit and a snooze. Once they started purring...I soon started snoring.:)

You are working the plan! Savings on target and everything!

Exactly! I fall asleep in the recliner all the time, anyhow... Warm kitty snuggles make me even more snooze-prone! :cat:

You are working the plan! Savings on target and everything!
Yassss! It's funny to think that just a few months ago, I was stressin' out that I wouldn't be able to have it all saved up in time. Now I'm sittin' here like, "What was I so worried about?!" :confused3

Work aside, with 4th of July, sushi and Magic Mike it sounds like you are having a good pant-free summer ; )

Had to click because of the title... :lmao: When I am alone in my bedroom, I have entered a Pants-Free Zone. The yoga shorts or gigantic T-shirts appear like magic.

I'm also very jealous of your cuddly kitties. Though I love them, I'm allergic to them. Our family dog thought she was a cat... :)

Congrats on all the trip planning you have squared away already!

Yes!!! I LOVED those things with their little beaded tassle drawstrings! That's definitely a '90s look that I wouldn't mind coming back. We won't talk about the backwards, one-strap overalls I wore... :rolleyes1

:rotfl:My friend and I have a joke that whenever we put on jeans our kids go "Oh! Where are we going today, mom?"

Exactly! And for me, once that happens, adulting is DONE for the day. I recently got a call from a friend on a Friday night, not 5 minutes after I got home from work, and wanting me to go to out. It went something like this:

Me: Aw, I wish I could, but I can't. Thanks for thinking of me, though.
Friend: Wait, what? Why not?
Me: Because I've already taken off my pants.
Friend: ... Seriously, dude?
Me: Yep. Seriously, dude.
Friend: You suck.
Me: Have a great night, see ya at work Monday! :cutie:

I'm also very jealous of your cuddly kitties. Though I love them, I'm allergic to them. Our family dog thought she was a cat... :)
That's especially funny, since my Butters often thinks that he is a dog!

Congrats on the savings!! And thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for the Magic Mike post.....awwwwwwww!!! So nice...ok I'm back :)

I agree pants and shoes are evil. Since I work at home I live in cotton capri pants!

You're killing me with your pants talk, this is very immature but here pants are underwear :rotfl2:
Hahahaha! That's awesome. We have "pants" which I guess ya'll might call trousers? Then we have "panties" which are women's underwear. Obviously, I referring the the first one, though. :lmao:

So jealous! If I worked from home, I'd never get dressed. Like literally never. :thumbsup2

I'm a SAHM and and in yoga pants most of the time, and I almost get MAD if I actually have to put on jeans for something lol!!! As for pants/ underwear, DS9 has no problem wearing shorts 10 months out of the year here in NY.....but usually skips the underwear :rolleyes1

My 2 kitties come and lay next to me every night as soon as I sit on the couch :goodvibes. And God forbid I have to get up and get something once they've settled in! They look at me like, "Um, excuse me, but the pressure of removing your body from the couch has now disturbed us. Please gather everything you may need for the next couple hours before sitting back down and AGAIN disturbing us :snooty: ".
