"Gupton’s character will not be a direct replacement for Gibson’s Hotch, who led the BAU. The new head of the unit will be revealed on the show and is expected to come within."​

My guess the Unit Head will be Prentiss. Since she's filling in for Hotch anyway, they probably will offer her the position permanently.

That was the one with David Caruso and Emily Proctor? I have never liked David Caruso and can't stand Emily Proctor's voice. So, I didn't watch it. I saw a few segments with Eva LaRue, since I've always liked her since All My Children. But that was my extent of that series.

I saw Magic Mike and I seriously don't remember him much in it. So, I thought I might not like him in CM.

That was why I didn't watch CSI:Miami. I am not a fan of Caruso or Proctor.

I always liked him in CSI:Miami, so I wasn't surprised I liked him.

Speaking of liking actors from other TV series, we have a few Supernatural fans who post/read this thread. You will have SIX reasons to watch CM: Beyond Borders, when it comes back (most likely at the end of Jan.)

Some of you may already know that former writer/executive producer for Supernatural, Adam Glass, is now an executive producer for Beyond Borders. He wrote Supernatural episodes which created the characters for Henry Winchester (Gil McKinney,) and episodes with young Dean Winchester, played by Dylan Everett, as well as the episode, Mother's Little Helper, directed by Misha Collins.

Adam Glass got Gil McKinney cast on an episode of CM:BB last season. It turned out to be the highest rated episode last season - even though Gil's character only lasted about 7 minutes on the show. Supernatural fans are quite loyal.

With that success, Adam has now cast 6 other Supernatural cast members to guest star on upcoming episodes of CM:BB. If the turnout of Supernatural fans is the same, or even MORE for some of these guest stars, that will give quite a boost to CM:BB ratings throughout the season. Quite ingenious of Adam Glass.

Matt Cohen (Young John Winchester,) will be have a recurring role as Gary Sinise's son, who also works for the FBI. He will start in the Season 2 premiere episode.

Osric Chau (Kevin Tran,) will be in episode 3 as a ghost!

Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley,) AND Richard Speight Jr. (Gabriel,) will guest star together in episode 5.

Recently announced:
Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer,) AND Kim Rhodes (Jody Mills,) will guest star together in episode 9.

They'll just write him out off-screen in the next few episodes. From what I've heard, next week they'll say he's off on a "special assignment" for a few weeks. That would've covered TG's initial suspension. Then a few episodes later they'll say he's not coming back. I'm not sure what excuse they're using for that though.

Why did TG have to be such a jerk? I hate that the character of Hotch will be gone and that we don't even get a good exit for his character. hopefully TG works on his impulse control

It's quite tonight. I like how they're doing this episode with JJ telling the story to her husband.

I finally got to see the episode.

I have a feeling that's the new theme for this season. They will be doing more episodes "behind the scenes" of the lives of the Team when they aren't on a case and how the cases & the job affects them long term. We know Reid is going to have a couple episodes with his mom. Hotch probably would have had one with Jack & Jessica. Rossi will probably have one dealing with his daughter & her mother. Aisha probably will have one with her DH. Not sure about Rodriguez, but they are slowly getting the audience up to speed on him anyway. So his episode will fit right in.

It would be nice to have an episode on seeing how Morgan is adjusting to life outside of the BAU.

The baby looked more normal size on the show. Probably it was the angle, he seemed really big to me in the pic before. It was nice seeing her kids on the show.
