Fantasy 12/3/16 Christmas season with the Mouse!!

So I just found out what everybody was talking about when you mentioned FE (fish extender). I have been researching it on Google and it looks like fun, so please count us in too. I was wondering though, will information be posted here or should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks again for any and all info. Can't wait for our first Disney Cruise.

Because some folks may want to purchase holiday themed FE gifts this year for use next year I thought it might be time to get a roll call going....oooo...

I used your previous posts to indicate your interest in FE - you can use PM or email bchrist2 @ iupui. edu if you'd like to edit the info...let me know if I made errors...corrections happily made

In order to keep this safe and fun for all, please list all allergies or items you prefer not to receive for religious or other reasons (the reason doesn't matter, just the list the items, such as alcohol, pork, coffee, etc.)

If there is any information you would prefer not to share, please feel free to skip it. But if you want to do FE, we do need to know the cabin number and the number of children and adults). If you do not know your cabin, no worries - we can update the list closer to the cruise

On the cruise, I will print lists and markup the changes (in case people upgrade at port, etc) and have them available at our cabin on the first night of the cruise.

Just to clarify - if you participate in FE, you don't have to provide little gifts to all of the folks on this list...when it gets closer we can discuss the max number of cabins per FE group (fingers crossed we get more DISers on this trip). Some DIS groups use 10 cabins per group...who knows how many people will join us!

Also, for anyone with little girls I was wondering if we would want to do a Doll Gift Exchange. We were on the Panama Canal cruise in May and someone set it up and it was a lot of fun. It is sort of of like a FE just for the girls and their dolls. Each mom signed up for a different item to bring. Some of the gifts were matching hair bows for the girl and doll, matching jewelry, a photo album personalized with the girl and doll's name, and even doll Mickey food among others! We limited the size of the group so it would not be too overwhelming. I would be more than happy to set this up if anyone is interested. On the last cruise we even all got together with the girls and their dolls for ice cream on a Sea Day which was a lot of fun. Our daughter's American Doll goes everywhere with us and it truly feels like she is part of our family.

If we do set up a girl exchange I could also set up a boy one. On the last cruise they set up an exchange for the brothers in the group and they chose to make it a Star Wars/Avengers theme so they would not be left out.

So excited to see this! We just went on our first disney cruise last month (7-night Western Caribbean on the Fantasy) & fell in love with it, so we booked this one while onboard. Halloween on the High Seas was fantastic & we can't wait to experience the Christmas cruise!

We live in Middle Tennessee....about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. My husband & I were both born & raised here & we have no plans of ever leaving.

Oh wow! My husband and I both work in IT at an insurance company home office in Brentwood. He's been there for 16 years & I've been there 15.

We also both went to MTSU back in the late 90s. Such a small world! We actually live in Murfreesboro. We moved out here when we got married in 2000.

What a small world! Go Blue Raiders! We were actually building a house in the Boro back in 2006 and then my husband, who is in the Army, was transferred up to DC and we have been up here ever since. We miss TN a lot. I worked at American General Insurance Company in Brentwood for about 6 years before we moved.

This is so crazy! I started working there as a college intern in the fall of 1999. I was in Risk Mgmt when their office was down at Hickory Hollow. Then when they moved them up to the Brentwood building I was switched to Life Claims where I stayed until we moved to DC. It is certainly a very small world!
