Got back this week from a stay in business class. The dining options, peacefulness of the grounds, spa/fitness center, pool, CMs, and playground make this a great value in comparison to Deluxe resorts we have stayed in previously. Everything we ate at Pepper Market and Las Ventanas was 5-star with enough variety to keep from getting board. I had an excellent facial at the spa. Business class offerings were worth the extra cost, even though they had more limited hours than actual CL. Buses were pretty speedy, and we never encountered a full one, even coming from the last pick-up stop at El Centro. There is lots of great run-space, and the quite pools are particularly awesome if you want to avoid the activity at the Dig Site. Donald made periodic appearances in the lobby for photo-opps. Our toddler had no idea he was supposed to hate CSR for not being "Disney" enough, and as someone who used to live in NM, I really appreciated the theme.
One major criticism was the bed situation - we had a King and it needed a new mattress. We should have said something but we toughed it out since we have a tempurpedic at home and feel we over-react. Smaller areas for improvement would be the addition of a splash pad and a sauna in the spa (which should be present if they are going to charge the same amount for services as Senses). I know the resort is due for a refresh, but it hardly feels like it. We booked a bounce back for 2016 and are not likely to look elsewhere on-property for a long while.
The only other place I would be swayed at a similar price-point is Swolphin, mainly due to a kick-a** bed and walking distance to Epcot and DHS, but their rates appear to have skyrocketed in the past few years. We rely on Disney transportation, and having had bad monorail and ferry experiences this go-around trying to make ADRs, the MK resorts seem less appealing then ever. Four Seasons, on the other hand . . .
