I think you need to join MA....Mistletoe-olics anonymous. I hear they have a very good 12 step program. That might be a bit hasty.....but if they both just happened to be sitting in the chairs beneath the mistletoe, well.........
Hi!!!
I'm late to the party. Enjoyed your first couple posts, can't wait to finish reading. I live in Buffalo and let me tell you.. You're going to LOVE the falls in the fall it really is beautiful I'll be commenting again once I get through the rest of the PTR!
Welcome aboard! Glad to have you reading along .
I am super excited about our stop in NF both on our way to Buffalo and on our way home. Judging from the change in the weather over the last few days the colours should be out in full force by then. Should be stunningly pretty!
Since you're a Buffalonian, can you tell me.....is the Cheesecake Factory any good? That was our planned dinner on the night we arrive.
The Cheesecake Factory is excellent. Skip the meal and just have the cheesecake, the slices are huge. They have a couple of peanut butter/chocolate ones including a Resse's something or other. They usually have a Pumpkin pie one in Oct/Nov as well. It's really hard to choose...they have many, many many kinds.Since you're a Buffalonian, can you tell me.....is the Cheesecake Factory any good? That was our planned dinner on the night we arrive.
I LOVE the Cheesecake factory. My go-to is the chicken Marsala, so yummy! While the food is very good, obvious from the name, the cheesecake is to die for. I highly recommend the tiramisu cheesecake!!

Note: every time we've been there the wait to get a table was pretty long.
They do have a pager system, but you can't go much farther than just outside the restaurantConfession time: I don't like cheesecake. In fact, I despise it. Cream cheese makes me gag.....ditto to sour cream and yogurt. I share the same palate with my dad, who also had a deep disgust for the aforementioned. He always used to tell us "If God meant us to eat sour milk, he would have soured it in the cow".
Steve, on the other hand, ADORES cheesecake. It's his favourite dessert without question. He is going to have a painfully difficult time in choosing what flavour to order (if we counted correctly, there's something crazy like 30+ kinds!?!?!) but I'll be sticking with the non-cheesed versions of their cakes.
Yes, I'm weird. I'll own it .
Yeah, we were kind of expecting that we might have a bit of a wait before being seated. I wonder if they have any kind of a pager system where we can wander the mall while we await a table for two?
