September 2015 Countdown!

I'm watching Alice in Wonderland now to help pass the time. I have to wait for DH to come home from this class his work sent him on which won't end until 4 and it's 40 minutes away (more like an hour and a half during prime traffic time). Then he has to take his dog to the vet at 5:30, take a shower, and get anything else that needs to packed that I missed. My mother will be picking us and the dog up after DH is all done and we'll be sleeping over at my parents so we're closer to the airport and we all can sleep in a bit more. Time is going to be going by so slow. :sad2:

I love itineraries:

Fri, Sept. 11th - Red eye from LAX arriving in ATL on Sat, 9/12 at 6:45 AM. Shuttle from ATL to Columbus a 7:15 AM. Hopefully arriving at 8:45 AM/ 9 AM.
Spend the day with my sister helping her pack, tidy up, maybe babysit so she and my BIL can go on a date. Pick up the rental car and pack everything.

Sun, Sept 13th - HIT THE ROAD JACK! Hoping to be on the road at 5/5:30 AM. Planning to stop around 8AM for breakfast. Eat and walk around for an hour and then hop back into the car and arrive at Port Orleans around 12/1 PM. We'll see if we can stick to this schedule. Check-in and either go swimming or nap, we'll play it by ear. Showered and at the bus stop to MK at 5 PM. Take a ferry over to the Poly for our 6pm dinner at Ohana. Ferry or monorail back to MK to activate our military tickets.
Walk or get the monorail to the Contemporary and take a bus to downtown Disney.

Mon, Sept 14th - Magic Kingdom; FP: 7DMT, Dumbo and Peter Pan.
Tues, Sept 15th - EPCOT; FP: Journey into imagination, Test Track, and Turtle talk with Crush
Wed, Sept 16th - Animal Kingdom; Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, Meet favorite Disney pals @ Adventurers outpost, and Dinosaur
Thurs, Sept 17th - DHS; FP: Star Tours, LMA, Disney Junior, and TSMM
Fri, Sept 18th - SeaWorld
Sat, Sept 19th - Drive home
Sun, Sept 20th - Fly back to CA :(

Four more days... work has been so slow. I can only hope tomorrow and thursday go quick. Tonight I have to work late so I will be exhausted by the time I get home. Tomorrow I have to go to the grocery store for my mom, who is staying at my house to watch my cats while we are gone, I also have to go check on my friends cats since they are on a cruise. Thursday will be laundry and packing day! Friday I work from 7a-12p, i have a 1:00pm appointment for a hair blow out, then mani/pedi/massage with my mama! We have to be at the airport saturday morning around 3:45am!

I can't believe it's September!!! I'm going to go get my first decaf pumpkin spice latte today. Yes, I'm that girl. :rolleyes1

I couldn't wait...I had one yesterday! :-)

Hahaha! Wawa (area convenience store chain) has had their pumpkin muffins in stock for about a week or so and I refused to resist.

DH just brought me home a Pumpkin Spice coffee from wawa :)

Woohoo for low crowds!! :cheer2:I'm sure it will pick up a bit for Labor Day weekend when we arrive but hopefully it'll die down a lot after that!

Only three more days of work to go! I've been wishfully thinking about using a personal day on Friday to get random last minute stuff done before I leave but I'd rather save that day off for Christmas time. I'm just going to have to get some of this stuff done after work each day - aack!

I had the same thought....and made a mini to-do list for each of the next 3 nights. :)
