We just booked this morning and are so looking forward to this sailing. We did the Eastbound in September 2013, but wanted to redo the experience going west.

My wife and I are in as well. We have a streak of being on all DCL westbound canal cruises. So here we go again.

So glad you are joining also. This is our first westbound. It will be my husband and I. Our adult daughter went with us last time, and who knows she may decide to go again with us, but right now it is just us.

We do the westbound because we live in Los Angeles. We are doing this years, obviously as I said we have a perfect streak going, and I can't wait. Two weeks of relaxation. I am no a port guy and will probably staying on the ship in port.also nice to see a fellow DVC member. We own at the animal kingdom, grand floridian, and just got the poly.

I may be asking you some questions. In 2013 We left from Los Angeles and stayed at Disneyland a few days before. My husband would like to go there again and it looks like we might rent a car and drive up there. Undecided so far. This will also be our first time to go to Miami. That has me a little overwhelmed right there.
We joined DVC in 2004 and own at Saratoga, Villa at Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom. We usually do excursions that give us a tour of the area, but don't know what we will do this time.

We booked this morning bright and early :) I can't wait! We had to put off the WBPC this May due to buying our first house (signed today!) and then were planning on the EBPC in October but my youngest will be 2y10mo and they won't allow even potty trained 2yos into the kid's club now. So we are pushing it forward to this cruise :)

We've spent a year planning on going on the PC so I'm already super excited! So far it's me and the hubs, oldest daughter will be almost 8yo, just turned 5yo boy, 3yo boy at sailing. The kids talk about the "Disney boat" all the time and point it out to me at Costco (it's on banners on the wall). Nice to meet you all!

We are so excited about this cruise! :mickeyjum We booked this cruise this morning! This is our first cruise but we have been to Disney World over a hundred times. We will have two rooms. My parents (Kim and Bill) and me (Christina; 18 at start turn 19 on cruise). My grandparents are the other room in our party. I am also very new to the boards as well! So any tips for the cruise or boards would be greatly appreciated! :thanks:

Welcome aboard. I just went to WDW for my birthday. We have done all of DCL WBPC so I might be able to help.

We have started looking at excursions and it is a bit overwhelming but still exciting. What are the excursions you enjoyed on your past cruise? Thank you so very much!

I am really not the one to ask about excursions. I use this cruise as a two week relaxation before busy time at work. So I like to stay on the ship. Not interested in Mexico, I live in LA so that's praticlaly Mexico, and Columbia just scares me. That and I am a late to bed late to rise person.

Of course the one question of all the ones I could ask! :) What about what is the one event or thing you would not miss on the cruise? Thank you so much for the help!

Well I will tell you after 15 cruises I am so over pirate night. I do like fireworks so we will be out for those, but on deck 4. We like to pin trade in the shops after dinner and never do a cruise without a Palo brunch. Oh if they do a officer hide and seek like on the last two panama cruises, I would not miss that. Also if they do a pool party at night again for adults only, I would not miss it. Oh and we love the crew talent show.

Thank you so much! We will make sure to look out for those. Definitely want to try to get into Palo at least once on the cruise. We are very excited! :hyper:

:welcome: So glad you are joining us. We had wanted to do this May also, but at the time we tried to book it the catagory room we wanted to book was not available and my DH is pickey. So we decided to wait for this one. We did the EBPC in September 2013 and I wanted to go the other direction.

:welcome: So glad to have y'all join us. This will be our 11th cruise, with it also being our 6th on the Wonder.

I will go back and see which excursions we did on our 2013 PC cruise. We like to do excursions that give us a tour around the area we are visiting.

I will be getting a document ready soon for a Fish Extender if anyone is interested. More information on that soon.

Hello, we are excited to join you all on this journey!! I still can't believe we are making this happen!! We are looking forward to seeing the canal, relaxing, and of course, FEs and hopefully an excursion or two! Is anyone here joining us on the DVC member cruise to Alaska or the June 1 Alaskan sailing in 2015?

:welcome: Glad to have you. This will be our last cruise for a while I am sure since we will have one in December, January and then this one in May.

Nope. Alaska=cold. No thanks. I don't do cold. That and I don't think I will ever do a members cruise. I think they cost to much either with points or cash. Well I won't lie I would never book a cruise with points. I need my pouts for my three weeks a year at WDW
