Hi, everyone! ... We are the Nix Family ... Joe (DH), Danielle (DW) and Shayln (DD13) ... We just switched to this cruise this week ... This will be our 10th Disney Cruise and 4th on the Fantasy ... Tesa (DD) will be moving to France in March and won't be sailing with us

Hello everyone! I'm Katrina and will be sailing with my Dbf Justin. This will be our second Disney cruise, we just got home from our first Disney cruise last week. We knew we wanted to do a 7 night or longer cruise but also wanted to take advantage of the OBB discounts. My birthday is the day before we sail and we plan to spend a couple days at the World beforehand. We will be in room 5550 and can't wait to see the extended verandah!

Hello group!! We are the Black family and booked this cruise while on our last one a couple weeks ago. Our small family is DH Jon, DW Janae, and DS Calvin who will be 19 months old on the cruise. This is Jon's 6th Disney cruise, Janae's 3rd, and Cal's 2nd. We love cruising! This is our first Eastern Caribbean cruise but have been on the Western, Alaskan, and Panama Canal cruise with Disney.

Hello!! I just booked our cruise today!! Woo hoo!!

I am new to this board and a first time Disney cruiser! My head is about to explode with information and am looking forward to keeping up with this thread!

We booked Deck 9 so here's to hoping it's a good choice! I've cruised with other ships but not Disney. My husband and I just took our kids to Disney World for the first time this past Sept. and we all caught the Disney bug! Nothing like it! And now we are excited to experience a different type of Disney.

I read something about a Fish Exchange (pretty sure I understand the basic concept) and want to be included in one!! Also, I am cruising with my sister and her family but she's not apart of this board. Can she be included in the Fish Exchange even if she's not one here?

Sooooo excited!

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

Can someone explain a little how the FE works? Are we put in groups? How many typically in a group? Do we get gifts for all in the family or just the kids? I'm looking at FE and needed to know if I include a pocket for my husband and myself or just my kids. Thanks!!
