A rabbi, a priest, and a pastor board the Wonder: we're back!

They sounds awesome! We may be in Vegas around that time for our anniversary again.

I don't want to crash your anniversary, but who knows maybe we can meet up for a drink! We aren't going to be leaving the Rio much and a lot of our time is already taken up with the convention, so we'll see what happens.

June is going to be amazing at the VGF! :thumbsup2

SW road trip will also be very cool. Just don't go north of Cedar City. Our air is pure crap here. Worst in the nation. :scared1:

I'm two days ahead of posting on the PTR and the next two days sound really cool and amazing. We're also going to schedule a trip to my parents again this winter/spring for some "studying"!

Where are the Gay Games held?

Cleveland. We'll make the best of it. Most of our time will be spent in rehearsals and meeting up with friends we have made over the years in the various bands around the country. We only see them for these kinds of events and Atlanta last year was the first one we had done since two Gay Games ago in 2006. We planned to do the LGBA Convention in Dallas in 2012, but Fran's wounds were not healed enough to go.

I'm loving all of your plans. When are they starting the second story? Can you move stuff in slowly while they're adding on? We've never done a remodel or added on, only new construction. If you go to my FB pics, there are pics.

There's all sorts of bureaucratic bullsh!t before the first hammer can be swung or the first sledgehammer can fall. I'll post the proposed schedule and plan over in the house thread when I get a chance. We're not on the board of the band any more so that will actually free up my schedule a ton. Probably about the time that it needs to be! :worship:

You know us, we're always up for a drink. If we go, and its a big if as this summer just took a crazy turn, details to come, we'll most likely stay at The Venetian again. Their pools are the best and very few kids. ;)

Studying? I'm all caught up on your PTR I think. I'll go check.

Other than the Cleveland part, it sounds great. ;) :rotfl: You'll have a great time no matter where it's held. I'm sure there are some cute little eats in Cleveland. I like to check Guy's DDD if we're going away to see if we can visit any of his joints. Getting together with friends is always awesome! :thumbsup2 Can't wait to read all about it and I'm glad Fran is feeling well enough to go.

When I first read this I thought, how did she get bullshii through the filer and then I took a closer look. :rotfl2: I'll look for the post. I'm we'll versed in building headaches. We had to have our whole lot redrawn because the city wouldn't approve out driveway. :headache: Glad you'll have a little schedule relief but knowing you, it'll only be temporary. You ladies and go go go!

Pam, my little Pam, where are you? We're at:

:beach: 60 days!!! :beach:

This time next week we'll be taking off for Zihuatanejo! I cannot wait. The kids are already asking what they're going to eat. :rotfl2:

Well I haven't had time to put together an update for over there. These are the trips

May 2-11 - SW road trip
May 28 - June 5 - WDW
July 9-13 - San Luis Obispo w/car club
July 25-29 - Destination D in WDW
July 30 - August 4 - Las Vegas, Star Trek Convention
August 7-16 - Gay Games trip including side trip to Auburn Indiana for the Car Museum.

Should keep us busy while we're waiting for the house to be finished!

I had to edit and add one that I forgot.

Holy carp! You aren't going to be home this year! I don't see any trips through Denver so I'm a bit disappointed though. :rotfl:

I'm sorry the house will be a bit longer, but sounds like you have some great trips planned! Star Trek convention should be great fun :)

 :rotfl2: I have a mad case of cabin fever. Work has been insane, pun intended. I can't remember this sick of a milieu. Ever. And we're full. One person discharges and two are needing a bed.

Thats what I was thinking. It just came back from its dry dock. Is so beautiful.

Tell me your 2015 cruise plans friends. I'm really thinking I'm going to try to book something on board.

Our FE arrived and I love it! She did a great job! I'm also really liking the Parents and Kids pocket. :woohoo:

I'm waiting in the itineraries to come out. DCL is dragging their feet with the rest of 2015, they only have up to April posted.

I love the FE! We plan on booking an April 20 on the Dream I think. We also are planning an Alaska trip the following summer. Or is that 2016?

Tired, must. Go to bed....

I wish they'd release them soon. Gabby will be 18 early next year so ideally I'd like to take a family cruise before then so she'll have access to the teen clubs. I've read that kids between 18-21 end up a little lost on the cruise as they're too old to join the club fun but obviously too young to join the adult fun. What do you think would be some fun options for Gabby if we cruise after she turns 18? Feb 2015 is just soon for us so I was looking at April or June before she leaves.

So you know what they did to the Wonder during dry dock? I couldn't sleep last night so I was pouring through cruise food porn pics. Palo looks amazing. Are their desserts as good as they look?

This is just too cute!

I agree. It was every bit worth the $20! :thumbsup2

Thanks for giving me the idea of just two pockets. It saved me $15. :cool1: Love my savings.

I was looking at Alaska too. Michael's got a buddy that wants, and I use the term want loosely, to take his kid on a cruise. He's not a Disney fan at all but I started looking at Alaska for them as he's a big wilderness guy. I was telling M how cool I think it would be for them and he spouts off with he didn't know Disney did Alaska. Big fat fibber as he's read some of Cynthia's report with me. Anyway, it did spark his curiosity. I was looking at prices and holy moly that's a spendy one. The girls would prefer tropical for sure. I'm looking at possibly Spring Break 2015 or early June depending on when Gabby leaves for her camp counselor job. I think she may leave like the day after school gets out  which would mean we'd have to go over Spring Break.

Hope you slept. Sorry for the cruise ramble.

4 sleeps until Mexico and I've reached the no sleep stage. I should be nice and exhausted by the time we actually leave per usual. :upsidedow :beach:

Tonight I'm going with some girlfriends to Frozen singalong. :woohoo: Tangled is still my favorite but how can I give up the chance to sit in a theater with other Disney freaks and sing out loud. pixiedust:

Dont look at the Alaska prices out right now and get discouraged. Prices go up and up as cabins are sold, so the cheapest is when they first come out. I hope they get their act together and put them out soon.

Hmmm, good question about 18 y.o.s and what to do. They can enjoy all the adult only areas but not sure how entertaining that would be for them.

Yes, the desserts are as good as they look popcorn::

Have great fun tonight!

Yeah, I about barfed. $10,000 for one cabin before flights? That's college. :faint:

I'd really love to get her on a ship before she's 18. Either that or have her bring a friend but that opens up another can of worms and another cabin. :scared:

How do you get five people in one cabin?

I don't know but when I put in 5 people it gives us one room with a verandah as an option. :confused3 Should it not?

There are some cabins that can hold 5. Also look bout booking a veranda and an inside cabin. Sometimes that is cheaper...keep the veranda for yourself and put the kids in the inside cabin across the hall.

Your best prices will be day 1...I would book on board and then book on the day the 2015 itineraries are released for booking.

I have a great TA if you don't already have one.
