I'm sitting in my Royal Room at POR right now and while it is beautiful and quiet here......
I MISS POP!!!!!!
Feel better now......
I just booked a BB for Pop. We will return in March!

You could get your POP fix by visiting POP and taking a walk around the property to enjoy the scenery
I was going to book a Royal Room at POR for our trip next month but we really enjoyed POP during our last trip and my family is really looking forward to POPs atmosphere.

For a longer trip I would. But we just flew down for the weekend.
I have 65 more days before we surprise the boys with our trip. I can't even concentrate at work. I am so on vacation brain. I really need help.

35 days out today and was TOTALLY surprised and pleased to get Mickey Mail this morning (luggage tags, etc). I was heading in for a stressful day at work so I was very happy to get that and it brightened my day!
I have a question. We are using flying in for the first time. They only gave us two luggage tags. I don't anticipate we will need to check more than 2 suitcases, but what do you do if you have more than 2 bags (just in case) so that the Magical Express will know to get your luggage?

Just stopped back in room for a quick break before heading back for the dessert party. Found the bounceback offer in the folder. Its save up to 35% (deluxe & deluxe villa) and 30% moderate for dates 1/3-1/8, 1/12-1/16, 1/20-2/13,2/17-3/1, 3/6-4/12,4/20-5/22,7/28-8/2,8/17-10/4,10/17-11/6,11/9-11/21,12/11-12/23/13.

FYI - there is a fence around the Hippy Dippy Pool today and sign says pool closed.
It doesn't say anything about value resorts but I called and booked the bounce back for Pop and was told it is 25% of values. I booked it but have not yet checked the math to verify it was 25%. Right now just taking the CM's word that is the discount I got

We sometimes visit the Poly on our trips. We use to stay there but now our little family stays (and will stay going forward) at the POP. When we are visiting the Poly, I know there are tons of other visitors there. Some eating dinner or there to see the fireworks... Never thought about it before - but I think everyone at the POP are POP guests! I think that's part of the charm - everyone I see there...I think is lovin' the POP as much as we do and isn't there to just eat a meal or catch a fireworks show.You could get your POP fix by visiting POP and taking a walk around the property to enjoy the scenery

You can either call magical express and request additional tags, or when you get to MCO go to the ME counter and give then your bag claim number for the ones without yellow tags. They will collect the luggage for you and send it along. I have used the claim number method and the extra bag arrived with my other yellow tagged bags while I was in the parks.

I asked a lifeguard tonight and they said it should be open again on Thursday
The official WDW refurb file says:
Dec. 9-11, 2013: Hippy Dippy Pool will be closed for refurbishment.
Sounds like the dates are a little off.

My son is in a huge oatmeal phase, do they have oatmeal or a way to bring packets and make it? A microwave that I could use? 38 days!!
