Someone posted on fb that when waiting for ME to take you back to the airport, it is called the Tragical Express.
I've heard that before - and it's true. LOL
I can't believe you are at the end of your TR so soon. Say it isn't so!!!!
Santos sounds like he is a great CM and so good to see that after some of the cranky ones you had.
Yup - only a few more updates left... We loved Santos - he is awesome!
Glad you got your PP+ all straight. Makes me worry about ours next year I will be extra carefull after reading about your trouble. Don't worry you will go again, but I know the end of a vaca is always sad.
Just be careful and you will be fine... And take a picture of the back of your card - but no fear, they have other ways of finding your photos which are pretty painless.
Attempting to catch up again, story of my life
Goodness what a nightmare losing your Photopass + card, so glad you were able to get it and your photos replaced.
Hi Sheila! It's great to see you! Yah - I am happy to have all of my photos back... I was only a wreck for a little while. LOL
I look forward to your updated every day. You are a great writer.
Awww... Thanks Jane... Don't worry - I won't leave you with out updates for long... LOL
You are going to have to spill the deets about the new trip soon or I will go nuts without your posts.
Soon enough young grasshopper... LOL Gotta give my readers a reason to come back.
Hope you have a productive day in your sewing room. I can't wait to see the completed stockings.
Jane
Thanks! Uploading progress pics as I type...
I just love reading about the Guerts girls going to WDW, so sad the trip is coming to an end. Your girls are truly blessed to have you as a mom. I just love reading your PTRs and TRs due to your enthusiasm for your girls, sewing, and planning your vacations together.
You truly are an inspiration, I know I wouldn't be sewing right now if I hadn't found your first PTR.
Awww... Thanks Ashley! I am so glad you enjoy reading along. And I am so happy to hear that I've inspired you - that's really cool!
I've also heard it referred to as the Magical Depress. Either way, it is sad.
I agree... It's always so sad to leave WDW... But I must admit - after 10 days... We were kind of ready to go home.
I had all these comments written out because I was way behind on this tr but then myDisney ADD kicked in because you had a Dismeet n didn't even realise it!!!!!! That pocahontas is my twitter friend who is a fellow diser!!!!!!!!! okay I am so beyond jealous you have no idea!!!!
This is way cool!!! And totally made my day!!! I cannot believe she is a Diser too - that's awesome!
I have a lot of posts to catch up on, but I'm subscribing too! My crafting helps us to save money for our Disney trips too - I crochet amigurumis.
Welcome!!! Super happy to have a new reader! That's really awesome! I am going to have to go google "amigurumis" - I do not know what those are.
Your trip is over already? It seems like you just started. I loved reading about your trip ans seeing all the photos. Glad they could salvage the rest of the pictures on your photo pass.
I'm off work today. I had a doctor's appointment but it got cancelled because the hospital lost power due to a snow storm. It's using backup power so patient areas are okay. The doctors just can't see clinical patients. I was just for a checkup so I rescheduled for next week.
Everyoe in my store knew about that customer I told about. When I got in on Tuesday my fellow associates all sympathized with me. Apparently, other customers had complained about her to management.
Liz
Thanks Liz... No worries - I will be starting a new PTR soon. Bummer about the cancelled Dr. appt - glad you were able to reschedule... Yikes about the snow!!! It's too early - it can stay gone until after Thanksgiving... and it can be gone again rigth after the new year. LOL I guess - it's not the snow I mind - it's the cold... Can't stand it!
That's too bad that everyone knew about that customer... Clearly she was not very nice.
As old as I am, my mothers even older , if you can believe such of a thing. My brother and I are now taking turns staying with her 24/7 and clearing out her house in preparation for my brother and his family to move in permanently.
Guess what Ive found in the attic, under the rafters, hiding in the basement, out in the garage, and looking for love? Four sewing machines!!!! Well, actually I think three are sewing machines and the fourth has got to be the world's oldest embroidery machine.
I learned all I ever need to know about hijacking from Andrea and all I ever need to know about torturing readers, I mean offering enticing preview tidbits from you. So . . .
I now have three of the machines in my possession and expect to pick up the fourth tomorrow. Its in a card table sized table and I dont know if it comes apart or not. I will certainly get you photos, and hope you wont be too excited to sleep until I am able to post them, early next week hopefully.
Let's see, was I supposed to work in 'super secret' somewhere?
Awesome!!! I cannotw wait to see these machines! What a great find! I agree with everyone else - I believe the one in the card table is most likely a Featherweight - which is an awesome find unto iteself... Congratulations!
The one in the card table is more than likely a Singer Featherweight. Those tables were made especially for those machines. I have a Featherweight, but not a table. Can't wait to see pictures!
Yup - I agree!
I was thinking the same thing! I have a featherweight in a table that I love They did make tables for some of the other machines - a 301 maybe?!
Well, I am hoping it's a Featherweight. LOL
That sounds like a yummy dinner! (Okay, that sounds like a yummy dinner MINUS the zucchini! Blech!)
I love Downton Abbey too. Im with you on totally recommending it!
Cant wait to see the progress picture!
Nice that you got to see Santos one last time!
Oooh - I LOVE zucchini!!! I eat it almost every day! We love Downton Abbey here - even though we have all seen it - it's so fun to watch again.

I had a super fantastic day in my sewing room yesterday... Despite putting the first stocking together backwards and having to rip it all out - the rest of them went together very nicely and I am making good progress. I now have 5 of them done... several cut out and ready to go... I won't be able to finish them this week - like I'd wanted to, but... If I can just get them mostly done, I can work on them on the side.
Our good friends and neighbors just got a new puppy - it's their 2nd Rodesian Ridgeback... They wanted MM to come over and play the other day - so I took him over to meet the puppy (his name is Logi)... MM was a bit indifferent at first... Then he was a bit scared... Then he just followed him all over... MM even let me hold the puppy and didn't seem to mind.
And one more photo of my MM who ISN'T supposed to be on the furniture at all... Naughty boy... Sorry the photo is so little - V took it with her phone and texted it to me... But it was so funny that I had to share.
Today - I will be working in my sewing room all day... I only have a bit of fabric left to work with the stockings... Since I added a few more to my list - I have more fabric on order, but it will be a few days before it's here.
I might run to town later and do a bit of grocery shopping.
I hope you all have a fantastic day today!
