What restaurant are these from? How was the butter chicken and short ribs? That choco peanut bbutter cake looks amazing! :goodvibes

hmm crap i thought i had labeled all my pic's.the 1st 3 in that set with the chicken and ribs were from sanaa. and the 2nd 3 were from yachtsman steakhouse. the shortribs done almost perfectly to my standards and the butter chicken had tons of flavor tho might be spicy for some people. sanaa is probably my favorite ts restaurant of them all(not including the 2 credit/signature restaurants).

that cake actually might have been the best desert i had that whole week. the caramel gelato that came with that cake was superb.

A bit of a lapse, but continuing with reposting Figment Goes to the Flower & Garden (& Food) Festival...

This time, it's the Snacks and Other Goodies. In addition to all the restaurants Figment ate at, he also sampled lots of snacks and other goodies throughout Disney World.

Aloha Isles (Magic Kingdom)
Dole Whip Float with Pineapple Dole Whip - This is one of Figment's favorite snacks in Disney World. He has several while at WDW.
Root Beer Float - Also very popular with Figment's family. Good for a hot day!

Fife & Drum, African Outpost, and Refreshment Port (Epcot)
The Doofenslurper - an Erlenmeyer flask shaped drink cup that comes with a slushy drink. Figment tried two flavors (blue raspberry and lemonade). Both were very good and refreshing on a hot day.

Kasafari Bakery (Animal Kingdom)
White Elephant Cupcake - Chocolate cupcake with buttercream and toasted coconut. Very good and very big!
Cotton Top Tamarin Cupcake - Chocolate cupcake with cream and a chocolate image of a Tamarin. Very good and also very large.

Starring Rolls (Hollywood Studio)
Peanut Butter Cupcake (top) - Chocolate cupcake filled with peanut butter. Very rich and very sweet!
Pirate Chest (bottom) - A chocolate cupcake with chocolate pearls and chocolate coins, all in a souvenier pirate chest. Figment liked the cupcake (very rich) and the chocolate pearls.

Kringla Bakeri og Cafe (Epcot)
Norwegian Club Sandwich (top) - warm turkey, ham, and bacon sandwich. It was okay, but the desserts are better!
Viking Mousse (bottom) - Chocolate mousse with Viking horn wafers. The chocolate mousse was very good, but the horns were kind of hard to eat (very chewy).

School Bread (top) - pastry filled with custart. It seemd larger than the last time Figment had it and it was very yummy.
Rullekake (middle) - Yellow cake with raspberry filling. It was very sweet, but still good.
Cloudberry Horn (bottom) - Pastry filled with berry cream. The pastry is flaky and buttery and the cream is beryy flavored and good. This is one of Figment's long-time favorites at the Kringla.

Peanut Butter Cupcake - Chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting and peanut butter cups and Reese's Pieces on top. Very yummy.

Goofy's Candy Kitchen (Downtown Disney)
Frozen Coke - Tastes just like an Icee. Very good on a hot day. Goofy's Candy Kitchen had two different souvenier containers.

Cool Station (Epcot)
Test Track Cone - A Test Track themed cone that comes filled with a slushy drink (Figment had frozen Coke). It's just like the Cozy Cone at DCA, but this one is blue.

Mara or Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
Zebra Domes - Coffee flavored mousse domes with ganache. Figment really loves them and were glad to find they're available "to go" from the Mara (you can also get them, normally, on the dinner buffet at Boma).

Big Top (Magic Kingdom)
They had Saint Patrick's Day themed cake pops and Dumbo cupcakes.

Conchfritters

watermelon shooters - yummy

oreo bon bons

potato and pea samosas

potstickers

Any pics or reviews of V&A's? We are going there for the first time in Dec and I am soooooo excited! :yay:

I hope you don't mind, Floridagirl61, I posted a link to your post on the Concierge/club level resort thread!

As always, Figment's food adventures rock! Those AK cupcakes are bigger than he is! And Doofenslurpers - yeah, I am so getting those next trip.

They used to have soft serve green tea ice cream but they switched to the cups of prepackaged ice cream. Still good.

LOVED the cheesecake when we were there a couple weeks ago. The chocolate cake is also DELICIOUS!!

Yes, but what did they do to it!!?? It used to be bigger, and a real slice of cheesecake!!
