MAGICal Cruise to....Nowhere! 10/25/13

We're pretty excited about trying Carioca's and hope it is one of our assigned dinners over the 2 nights. I keep old Disney Days desk calendars to cut out the graphics for crafting and decorate mailings for kids in the family. I was flipping through one the other night and some interesting things about The 3 Caballeros were in there I didn't know, so thought you might be interested.
- The 3 Caballeros released 02/03/1945.
- There are 2 meanings of caballero, a Spanish gentlemen or a skilled horseman.
- Panchito is a Mexican Charro rooster and The 3 Caballeros is his only screen appearance.
- Clarence "Ducky" Nash recorded Donald Duck's voice for English, Spanish, and French releases.

Has anyone ever seen a discounted 2night cruise?

If I could get even a slight discount, and could rebook my 2014 Cruise on this cruise, it would give me enough discounts to make the 2 night cruise basically free

Yes, and doing a 2-night is a cheap way of getting onboard to book more discounted and room credit cruises to hold for when the 2015 itineraries come out!

We booked this ages ago when we first saw it...just "forgot" about DisBoards posting

The Disney Magic is our favorite of the DCL ships, so we are excited (anxious? ) to see what they have changed and/or improved...hoping that they did not get rid of some of our favorite features!

We will dine at Palo one night, so hoping to see the changes in Animators Palate for the other...and looking forward to the fireworks

We just returned from opening weekend of the Food & Wine Festival...definitely worth a side trip for anyone who has time!

This will be our 1st time on the Magic (been Dream 4 times and Fantasy twice), so we are excited, too!

Nothing has been announced, but I have heard interviews with a couple of Disney Marketing peeps who basically say there is nothing that hasn't been 'touched' - Maybe just a lick of paint, a new carpet, some new chairs?

You are probably right. I was just wondering if Lumiere's might be an area we are in for an unannounced surprise. Disney usually likes to keep something completely quiet and unexpected!

i am getting excited, only 11 days left! we are crafting those wonderful FE gifts, deleting old pictures from the camera to make room for new and mentally unpacking that overpacked suitcase.....#ready4vacationNOW!

No FaceBook for us. We are feverishly prepping to leave for Miami Sat AM & board the Magic Sunday!!! Plus, I'm working on DD's Halloween Costume. There's not much free time anymore!!!

Live shows: Disney Dreams and Twice Charmed (subject to change)

Movies: Tangled 3D, Monsters University, Avengers, Brave 2D or 3D, The Lone Ranger, Finding Nemo 3D, Frankenweenie, Wreck It Ralph, Planes, and Iron Man 3.

Pirate Night is Friday night.

Yes! We were hoping for Monsters University, the Lone Ranger, and Planes. Certainly, we don't want to spend the 2 days in the theater, but hopefully 2 will coincide with after dinner in lieu of the main theater show. Thanks for sharing!
