Just thought I would put this out there for anyone paying attention and during my days (10/31 - 11/09): if you'd like to do a meet (short & sweet, I know we all have plans), feel free to PM me. I always have my cell on and I can also send you a pic of what my family looks like. I think it would be really awesome to be able to say hello to the people who have made the last year fly by and helped support my Disney addiction.

I just booked the dessert party for 11/22

We went 2 years ago in November and loved it. Weather was perfect, we got to see Tinkerbell fly right over us and the view of the fireworks was amazing.

When November bookings opened up I thought while it was great kinda felt like been there done that. Then when MK hours got extended on 11/22, our only unplanned day and a second MSEP added it got me to thinking

We had 11/22 open and 11/23 we are sleeping in, lounging at the resort and arriving later in the day at MK for a few rides and our dinner at BOG. The only thing planned for Friday was an early dinner at Chef Mickey's. Seems silly to be that close to MK and not pop in. What better excuse than having a guaranteed great seat to watch the fireworks

I thought 11/22 was a MVMCP night and you had to have a ticket to the party to be able to go to the dessert party? That's what I was told over the phone by a cast member when I was trying to book the dessert party. You might want to double check before it's too late to cancel and you can't get in.

Yes that is a MvMCP night and you would be correct that you need to have a ticket for MVMCP to get to that reservation!

Don't worry guys, I'm pretty sure she just typed the wrong date because when she gave me her schedule it was 11/24 that she had question marks next to and that is the day that the hours have been extended until 1am. She has 11/22 as her rest day pool/shopping day.

Fig, if I was going during ur stay I would meet up with u! I know there's a little more time before ur trip but I hope u have a very magical time. U did an awesome job with everyone's dates and this thread... It's too bad my trip is a week later then yours .... Enjoy

Please pray for me. The whole booking and planning of our vacation went way too easy and now that we are in the stretch we have encountered one family crisis after another. I'm trying to stay positive and excited about my vacation but warning flags are going up everywhere. sigh

I'm praying that things work out well for you. A grand niece of mine had emergency gall bladder surgery last week. Their countdown to Disney is less than 30 days now. She's very hopeful that they'll still be able to go. She & her DH & 2 little boys will be there at Fort Wilderness along with her parents (my nephew & his wife.) Her mom is an angel who took care of the little ones after the surgery.

I think Disney Quest and the Arcade tokens are the only things anyone is interested in having more than one of anyway. I thought they were tied to the reservation they were purchased under?

You were right. I read the back better and it said Resort ID or Magic Band Required and non transferrable.

Our magic bands just got here, and yes, I am wearing mine. I thought with my thick wrist that it would have to be on one of the biggest settings, but surprisingly there is a lot more adjustment possible.
