Just checked into POP - requested a room with a "new" fridge. The room has one but does not work. I called the front desk and the CM said she wasn't aware of a credit but that she was "in the back" and I was welcome to stop by the front desk and ask about one.
For those of you have received a fridge credit, do I need to go by the front desk(rather than just call)?
