I booked for CSR on 12/15-22. First time staying anywhere but POP!

Has anyone been having trouble adding gift cards? I tried to use gift cards to pay my deposit and I got an error so I used a credit card. I then tried to go back in and pay my balance with a gift card and getting a different error. I called the # on the back of the card and they said my card is fine. I guess the website is messed up?
 


My first choice was POR but had no availability for the dates that we need: 10/30~11/9. They had princess themed rooms but DS will probably hate me for it. Next back up was CSR and they had availability. :woohoo::yay: It only took minutes for me to get through the phone which was quicker than online for me.
 
When my DH heard they extended FD, he told me he would rather go closer to Christmas so here I am on hold trying to change a Sep ressie to December. He doesnt have to sit on hold! lol ... 1 hour and 25 minutes and counting!

Most likely, your TA has been on the phone trying to get through. Although the TA's have their own reservation line, there have been reports that they are have been on hold for long wait times just like those calling in on the public lines.
 
Mine took 1.5 hours, but the reservation page online took just a few minutes. I got lucky and was done by 7:10am.

Yay mine updated online instantly but I'm still waiting for the email. I'm one of those people that have to have a hard copy of everything. lol. Still waiting on the email and its been almost an hour and a half.
 
And I have no idea what the price difference will be since A. we have to switch from All star movies to either music or pop. and B. I know prices went up. and C. Disneys website keeps kicking me out everytime I try and look. What a way to start a morning. :cool1:
 
So irritated....no news from TA except a generic email about free dining and facebook posts about it but no news yet. I am trying to be patient but I am not having much luck
 
Every time I call I'm getting a busy signal or all circuits are busy. Is there a better number to call? I was able to book with FD online but I would like to reschedule our other reservation to the dates for our next trip.

Also for this trip our youngest is still going to be 1 and considered an infant, however for our trip next summer they will be 2 so does that mean we will no longer be able to stay in a regular room and have to book a suite, deluxe or ab room at por? :goodvibes
 
So annoyed. Was on hold for three hours and then had to hang up to go to work before anyone answered my call. ARRRRRGH.
 
Just waiting to hear from our TA.... I know they a swamped.. Having a hard time keeping up this morning. I leave the boards for 10 mins to work and 5 new pages come ha happy for everyone getting FD!!! Best of luck to everyone still waiting or trying to get the resort they want.

He won't count against the occupancy until he turns 3.
 
OT: Was online with pet resort and got disconnected. Now getting "all agents are busy". Then went to book BBB, got right through, CM booked the wrong package and I didn't realize it until I hung up. Trying to call back "all agents are busy." LOL looks like most people are finally getting finished with booking rooms and moving on to everything else.
 
I've got so much to do today. I'm going to try again this afternoon. The website keeps kicking me over to standard rates. I don't have time to be on hold.

If I don't get what I want (a standard room at a mod. resort), I'll just keep checking back daily to see if it would work. I'm starting to feel like getting what I want so close to Christmas might not work at all.
