Good CS Dessert Options?

I am planning to swap out most CS desserts for fruit or bottled water, but am wondering where would be worthwhile places to think about indulging. Most CS desserts I have had taste plasticy and fake. The menus don't really help because it isn't more than a name.

I'm looking for ideas in the run-of-the-mill places, not places like the WS counter service options.

Pecos Bills? CHH? Cosmic Rays?
DHS?
AK?

The Carrot cake at Cosmic Ray's is out of this world good. I am a big carrot cake fan and I think Cosmic Ray's is maybe the best I have ever had and that includes my own that I make at home.

I usually skip CS desserts all together but I always get the Carrot cake when at CR's.

It is the only place I have come across the Carrot cake as a choice. I am sure plenty of other places have it but we have not been to any that had it as a choice.

We got free dining for our upcoming trip. I ran the numbers and for our family it was a better deal than the RO discount. We wouldn't do it otherwise. I'm trying to make the most of the little flexibility there is in the plan.

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot has a wide selection of different desserts in addition to the "normal" ones offered at most CS places.

Also, Starring Rolls in HS has yummy cupcakes.

Ive heard of one person getting extra broccoli as dessert at CHH, but I suspect it was an anomaly and the stars aligned just right. Never hurts to ask, though.

Lol - he hates broccoli too! Not to worry, we have free qsdp when we booked for August 2014 so at least we are not losing money. Me and my daughter will just have to split his dessert

We were pleasantly surprised by the Apple Crisp at Columbia Harbour House. We thought it tasted homemade. Yum!
