The Carrot cake at Cosmic Ray's is out of this world good. I am a big carrot cake fan and I think Cosmic Ray's is maybe the best I have ever had and that includes my own that I make at home.
I usually skip CS desserts all together but I always get the Carrot cake when at CR's.
It is the only place I have come across the Carrot cake as a choice. I am sure plenty of other places have it but we have not been to any that had it as a choice.
We got free dining for our upcoming trip. I ran the numbers and for our family it was a better deal than the RO discount. We wouldn't do it otherwise. I'm trying to make the most of the little flexibility there is in the plan.
Thanks for the suggestions so far! There are some great ideas here.
Thanks for this tip, cannot wait to try it! Love Carrot cake!
Is this pic from Sunshine Seasons or Starring Rolls as I definitely am putting wherever that is on my list!!! And where is Sunshine Seasons at in Epcot?
It is in the land pavilion.
Carrot Cake is available at...
Rosie's All American Cafe-DHS
Golden Oak Outpost-MK
Cosmic Rays-MK (as you mentioned)
I did a search on my snack list to find them.
My husband hates desserts as he doesn't like sweet things. Are you allowed to swap a dessert for anything else like a side of fries?
Nope, but probably yes for a bottle of water or a piece of fruit.
Dole whip at Capn Cooks @ Poly
BEST ever cupcakes @ Contempo Café
Fruit tarts @ Starring Rolls
Green Tea ice cream @Japan
Key Lime Pie @ Sunshine Seasons
Ive heard of one person getting extra broccoli as dessert at CHH, but I suspect it was an anomaly and the stars aligned just right. Never hurts to ask, though.
Lol - he hates broccoli too! Not to worry, we have free qsdp when we booked for August 2014 so at least we are not losing money. Me and my daughter will just have to split his dessert
Anyone have a list which CS have ice cream as a dessert option?
We were pleasantly surprised by the Apple Crisp at Columbia Harbour House. We thought it tasted homemade. Yum!
