So Day 3 is our morning at the Animal Kingdom, then pool, and then EMH's at the Magic Kingdom.

I've already done my Magic Kingdom "Must Do's" so I'll only do my Animal Kingdom ones here. Now I know some of my "must do's" are not on the girls list, so I will either be skipping them until August with Mark or going by myself:


Must Do's:

Kilimanjaro Safaris
Dinosaur
Tough to be a Bug (girls will NOT do this)
Finding Nemo
Festival of the Lion King
Kali River Rapids (although I don't think I've been on this since 2008 because Mark never wants to do it, I'm sure the girls will want to with how hot they are predicting it is going to be)
Pangani Forest
Exploration Trail
Maharajah Jungle Trek

Also, must have my Raspberry Pina Colada at the Dawa Bar


Will NOT do:

Expedition Everest

I cannot believe we leave 3 weeks from tomorrow.

Love you AKL plans. I haven't been on Kali in a long time. Will probably do it this summer with the boys, though.
I understand the girls not liking ITTBAB. The first time we went to Disney with the kids, DS was 4 and DD was 6. AK was our first park of the trip and that show was the first thing we did (after character greets over in Camp Minnie Mickey). DS lost his mind when the spiders came down from the ceiling. Cried and jumped into my lap-would not sit on the seat and kept his head buried in my shoulder. It's dark, loud, and a little creepy for kids. We all laugh about it now, but he would not go back there for years! The entire rest of the trip we had such a hard time to get him to do any other movies.

It can definitely be scary for kids. It never bothered our kids, but I remember taking Andy's then girlfriend who was 16 and she was not a happy camper when we got out of there.

Love your must dos!!! I too have not done Kali in a very long time. I hope to remedy that in the fall!

Yep, three weeks; at this time three weeks from right now, I should be landing at MCO.

I hope the girls want to do Kali...I think it will be a great way to cool off.

I'll be back with replies later (we were at wedding last night, Mark had to get up at 5:15 this morning to drive 90 minutes away for 11 baseball games this weekend) and I'm trying to get the house clean as I only have two weekends left at home to do it -- June 1 weekend I'll be in Dubuque for Bridal Shower and Bachlorette Party, the weekend after that in Florida and then the following weekend is the wedding).
