Koh: Ahhh, do the king bed rooms have a daybed? I know next-to-nothing about AKL... well, other than I like to drool over the pics people post.

Yes, they do. I have yet to see a good pic of one. Somebody posted some pics the other day from their room and he said it was an accessible room. But it is a king plus daybed (that should fold out, but I'm not sure how big it is). Looked like it might work better for us since I'm not sure the kids would sleep in the bunk beds or not...DS is 6 and DD is 2.

June 6-9th at Pop (Standard, Building 3 Request)
June 9-12th at AKL (Standard View, No Request)

Thank yoooooooou a gazillion! Hoping for building 3 (top floor). She's going to love seeing Lady & Tramp even if we're not in a close building.

Jen, sorry about the playground scene.. Agree with the others, call the cops next time (hopefully there isnt!!). At the very least you get the satisfaction of the cops talking to the kids, and hopefully they would think twice about pulling that same stunt again on another person. Basically they are being cowards and bullies.

How exciting that tomorrow is the day for telling the kids!! Did you decide to videotape the big reveal? Can't wait to hear about their reaction!

Well I just did my first ever negative survey after speaking with a CM

I reserved a Cabana but never received an email confirmation and it doesn't show up online so I am concerned. I called this morning to ask about getting an email confirmation email. The CM says you did not get a conf#? Me-I have a conf# I would like to get a email confirmation. CM- what is your last name. What is your Address? I tell her and she says I show a PO Box ME- no never had a PO Box in my life! I repeat my address and the CM says what is that? Me my address CM I show a PO Box, What day did you want the Cabana ? Are you staying at a Disney Resort? Me- Yes the Polynesian, Nov 6. CM When you get your email conf# call back.

Really? Gonna try to call back in a bit but needed to Vent!

Dani? Or anyone know if I should have received a confirmation by email?

Dani Thank You so much now I will not worry. I started thinking what if I show up and they did not show my reservation for the Cabana. Bob is looking forward to that morning of relaxation.

No problem. I'm not sure how it works with MDE, and I don't remember if it used to show up on the old site. I want to say no, but I'm not 100% positive.

I'm having tons of trouble with it for clients as well. It's SO annoying and frustrating.
