Sunken Treasure: The unofficial beverage of the Beach and Yacht Club FAQ forum:

Contents: Malibu Rum, Midori, orange juice, pineapple juice and Sprite with a splash of BOLS Blue Curacao.

Please note that the Sunken Treasure is no longer on the menu at Hurricane Hanna's, however if you get a bartender who knows how to make the drink, you may still be in luck!

Thanks to medicgirl177, who experiemented at great personal risk to decipher the secret formula:

Sunken Treasure- recipe by medicgirl177
1 1/2 shots Midori
1 shot Malibu Coconut Rum
1 shot orange juice
1 shot pineapple juice
Sprite or 7-Up to fizzy taste
1 shot Blue Curaçao
Over ice
Dress with Pineapple slice, cherry, or umbrella

I just saw some photos of a BC 1 bedroom suite and it had a sofa in the bedroom. Does anyone know if all the 1 bedroom suites have a sofa and does it pull out to a bed?

I checked online for you, as I have never stayed in a 1 bedroom. It shows a bed in the bedroom and a sofa pullout bed in the living room.

Just clarifying-

Were you looking at BCV 1 BR or BC 1 BR Suite? I believe they are asking about a 1 bedroom room in the Beach Club resort.

That's awesome!

Whew! I went to Myrtle Beach this weekend for St. Patty's Day and I couldn't believe how much had been posted in two days!! I just got caught up!

OK, my dates are the same for July 2014 but I caved. I caved like a sinkhole in the Florida sand! The adult children (mostly led by my oldest son) that are coming on our trip convinced me that it was far more important for the twelve of us to have a gathering place than it was to go up and down an elevator. They also pointed out that although they really like the lounge at the YC, it really isn't that big and if 12 of us constantly gathered there then the other guests would start to dislike us, sssssssooooooo, I booked the ADMIRAL SUITE!! Now I'm really interested in reading emmysmommy's trip report.

Sounds fantastic!

So like most people, due to a flight savings we are coming in the night before our stay and flying out a day later :scratchin.

The question I have is, should I call and try to add days to our reservation? We won't be getting in until LATE the night before our "actual" arrival at BC, so I'd be fine spending the night at Pop. Should I just book a room only sperate from my BC resevration?? And for the extra night at the end,...I don't want to leave the BC CL, should I call now? I had a PIN code, and now I am afraid to mess with the resevration because they had pointed out once before that my PIN code had technically "expired" at this point, any changes needed special approval....:confused3

Bon Bons and More! In April of last year, Bon Bons were still being offered along with these other goodies at Cape May! Sorry for the huge, somewhat blurry photos!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

The Admiral's Suite! Woo Hoo Sounds great.

Magicalmoments4 - I'd like the sunken treasure recipe too! I think I'm the one that got the whole BC/YC thread hooked on them in the first place!!!!

Just a quick FYI. I'm not sure if this has been posted or not.

Just checked into the Beach Club club level today. There are dasani water bottles available upon request. They told us at checkin about this. We have 4 bottles in our fridge at this moment for us to drink!!!

Thanks for trying to help me with this. I was looking at the BC 1 BR Suite on the Disney website. The photo clearly shows a sofa but it isn't mentioned in the room description and when I called I was told there isn't a sofa in the room. :confused3

OOPS, I checked the BCV info. Can't answer about the one bedroom. Sorry. I think I know someone who recently stayed in a one bedroom suite. I'll check tomorrow and report back.
