Is anyone having a difficult time logging onto Member Services?

So yesterday I actually got a user named emailed to. not what i originally setup. so i guess they just picked one for me.

I didn't get a password email though.

Called MS for the 100th time and the site is down. . . . go figure. . .

this is like a comedy routine at this point. . .

I just want to get on to see member discounts and all that good stuff cause i haven't had a chance to look at it yet as a new member.

hopefully i''l be on by april to do my ADR's for Octobers trip. lol

Only the on-line reservation system is down currently. Below is a link to the current PDF version of the Portable Perks for WDW.

Oh hey thanks for the PDF. If online reservation is o ly down them could I still log on? When I went to dvcmember.com it just said down for maint.

I was able to log on, that's how I got the link for the PDF. Now I can't using a PC :badpc: , but can still log on using my iPad.
 


I called member services and it took longer to get through all of the "introductory" stuff than it did to fix the problem. I had my "link the accounts" screen pulled up when the CM answered. I gave her my info (member number, etc) and she gave me the two codes needed to access the site. I put them in and *poof*...Done! I am back in business!

glad u got on cause i have been waiting over 24hrs for a new password! i think i finally got my user name but now i got no password! any other site in the world when u ask for a password to be sent u get it instant. not here i guess.

I called today and asked th to reset my account. It had to be associated with a different email than my wdw account. It worked and I am back in!
 
I was told both by Disneyworld.com tech and MS tech that unless my email for Member site and disneyworld.com and the user name are the same, we won't be able to access My Disney Experience.

I find it interesting that to solve sign in problems they are asking people to not use the same password. :confused3

I thought they couldn't be the same? My Disney experience / Disney.com user name is an email and my dvc site username is a name not email. All my res are linked up a d my ADR's were on the app right after I booked through dvc phone all. No linking.weird

They told me in order to be recognized on the new My Disney Experience they would have to be the same. :confused3

I changed mine to be the same on both sites and it works and MDE recognizes me as a DVC member.

As you, my previous Disneyworld.com user name was an email, but they advised me to change it to the User name associated with the DVC site. Basically when I sign in on either I can go back and forth.

Ok, went to the DVC member site after reading this and it seems the link there to take you to Disney tickets is gone.

However, I then went to the new Disneyworld.com site, clicked on Tickets, Then Annual Passes and because I have my accounts linked, there was the option to the buy the DVC member annual pass, with the discounted price.

It says:
You are currently able to view products and prices for Disney Vacation Club Members
 
Sooooo...... Tried logging in tonight and it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I had it emailed to me just to be sure, and it still says invalid when logging in. Since it came to my email I'm assuming their website is on the fritz since it has been up and down constantly. Hoping my account wasn't compromised. Guess I will have to wait until morning to call in.

Thank goodness, I thought I had lost my mind. Mine is doing the same thing. I had my password emailed too and I was using the right one. Wonder what the heck is going on now.
 
I have not had any login problems with the new websites--until tonight. Earlier on Sunday I was able to login to both DVC and MDE with my email and password (same on both sites). I was able to checkin to 2 upcoming DVC stays. Now tonight I am getting "password incorrect." I am wondering whether the activity on MDE has triggered this for me or if it is just coincidence.
 
I have the "Incorrect password" too. It looks like everyone is having this problem now. Yesterday it worked.
