Mornin' peeps. I've been awake since stupid-o'clock.... Oddly enough, it's 56* here right now. And POURING. I'm going to offer to drive the boys to school; the bus stop is about 200' from our driveway but they will get soaked just walking up there and waiting a few minutes (and teenage boys do NOT do raincoats). Blah. Not complaining about the temps, though!!

I guess that's true.

I've been allergic in the past but got eight years worth of allergy shots not to be. So it was a really ---- shoot as to whether or not I was going to be able to handle living with kitties. I read that girls secrete less allergen than boys, and that pretty much clinched it.

Aside from the fact that I wanted girls. Because I could pick them.

Mornin', LegoMom! That rain woke me up last night! The rain and the wind! Crazy. It's stopped for now, not sure if it's supposed to come back. If I didn't have a bum leg, I'd totally pop Squirt in the stroller and take a walk. It's such a lovely temperature.

This is the first day we brought them home. They were so teeny! Estimated age 2 1/2 to 3 months.

It was really hard to tell them apart then. Sometimes we still have trouble, but now that they've gotten older, their individual characteristics are more pronounced.

They are! Except I just noticed today their little claws have ruined some things. Like my living room drapes. And some fabric storage bins. And a woven throw from Disney.

It's all part and parcel of being being staff to cats (and you are staff....cats don't stoop to being "owned"...). Eventually it'll all just blend in to your surroundings and seem like perfectly normal decor!
