Has anyone ever booked a table service just for dessert? I reeeeeally want some Ger's Bread and Butter Pudding, but I don't want to eat a full meal at Raglan Road. Is it frowned upon to booked a table service just for dessert? It would be me and DD16 and she would also be ordering a dessert as well =3

My dad did this when we were there in December. We ate at the Plaza and he ordered the banana split as his meal. They didn't question him at all, brought our meals all out together.

We do it all the time especially at SciFi. You are actually a quick turnover for the server so they don't mind at all :goodvibes

1) You can have an ADR and order as much or as little as you wish.
. . . full meal
. . . appy only
. . . dessert only
2) However, at any buffet or all-you-can-eat, you must pay the full price.

I am pretty sure you can also order food at one of the bars at Raglan Road. In that case, you wouldn't need an ADR. Sit at the bar and enjoy

thanks for asking this question---I am glad I am not the only one who wants to do this too! :) We are thinking about going to 50's Prime Time at H.S for dessert.

Not sure about Florida laws, but in Massachusetts you must be 21 to sit at a bar; they will not allow a 16 year-old to sit at a bar here (doesn't matter who is/isn't drinking, etc.). Just mentioning it in case....

Best desserts ever...Peanut butter n Jelly shake, or the SMores...Yummy....My favorite dessert though has to be the Bread Pudding at O'hanas:thumbsup2

I have seen lots of kids sitting at the bars. Being from MA. I like the rule. I don't like waiting for a seat when a kid has one. The servers probably don't' either knowing an adult will spend more. But it is allowed.

Does Raglan have bar room seating or just seats at the actual bar itself? I know at Cheesecake Factory here in MA we have sat in the bar area which is basically seat yourself ( if you can nab a table lol) I haven't been to Raglan in a long while which is why I am craving that stinking gosh darn bread pudding! I also agree with DizDaD7, the bread pudding at Ohana's is seriously yum which is why that is our first ADR lol! I guess I am just a bread pudding freak XD

the food does not look appealing to me at BOG AT ALL. However, we want to see the place.
We have an ADR for dessert--but later in the evening so I'm looking at it like it doesn't take away from people who want to eat dinner at dinner time.

We did dessert only at Chefs de France to see Remy which was fun. We are also considering a reservation at LeCellier for appetizer (cheese soup) only bc of the all day menu change as well as a BOG late ressie for dessert only on our next trip. It is a nice change of pace!

If you only want dessert & to see the restaurant, you could do both at lunch. You can make an ADR and order anything you want, but there would be many people hoping for a late ADR for a full dinner at BOG. I just thought I'd throw that out there, since you seem to be considering other guests, which is admirable.
