I'm going to get off my bottom and head out for a bike ride. I can, at least, hope to start the new year with my good intentions intact!

Not bad. It was mid 60's and fairly nice. I made DS come with me and he wasn't happy. But at least both of us got some exercise.

Yeah, I haven't worked out for 4 weeks and for the last two days my sciatica has kicked in and won't let me sleep. He will thank you later for making him get out and ride a bike.

It comes and goes. It has been feeling better since I work out. But 4 weeks was to long.

Darcy and I have been digging out the dining room

Her brother hss been in the hospital for a few days with pneumonia. They are releasing him this afternoon and I'm picking him up.

Spa day here. The dog went to the groomer for a bath and I had a facial at the medi-spa.

Went shopping for the babyshower tomorrow and my niece's birthday at the end of the month.

My niece and nephew stopped in and decided to stay. They're playing outside at the moment.

Fairly quiet day so far.
