If you pay cash for a non resident AP would ID be needed? I could see the need for ID if using a CC.

You need ID to verify identity so that if there is any question in the future who it belongs to.
This will not work as the information must be in the ATS computer prior to the system allowing the cashier to print the ticket.and if you want to buy one for someone who is a non-resident? I would want to just hand them the ticket on the day they arrived and then just have to have them show ID on the 1st usage. I know their name,I know their address, I know their phone number. I dont see the point of having to show anything for a cash deal. When you buy a 1 to 10 day ticket they dont ask for ID if using cash. They dont even put your name on those tickets. Besides,,,the only one that could use them would be the one with the biometic tied to it.
NYDisneyKid, it is what it is. ID is required for the AP.
1. why dont any other tickets have names on them or info stored?
2. and since were on the ID subject , why dont the ticket machines at TTC ask for ID verification when using CC?
1. I don't see why its needed.
2. I have never been asked for ID whenever I have used my CC at WDW or anywhere else in the US. In fact for less than $50 I don't think you need to sign.
