Is there a separate menu when you book the Fantasmic Dining Package? Do you still get an appetizer, entree, and desert?

No we offered off the same menu. WE like the package since we didn't have to wait in line as long as others do. I would say the seats were that great, we were in the last row at the top. may have ended up with them anyway had we just walked up late. We were on the dining plan and I think it was just entree and desert.

Worst meal we ate all week. 4 adults, 4 kids, and nobody liked their food. Would not go back.

Perhaps we are spolied since we get great Italian food at home.

I can walk to a half dozen Italian resturants from my house. MM is not as good as the best one, but I wouldn't say it was Olive Garden.
For what it is, dining for the masses, it is decent enough.I enjoyed Mama Melrose more than Brown Derby and would pick them again for my Fantasmic! package.

A few weeks ago people started posting that they no longer got to choose dessert, and were just given a sampler type plate for their group to share. Now I am hearing no appetizer either? If this is the case I guess I will cancel. There are 3 shows the night we will be there, so I am certain we can find our way in to one of them without this package. It is priced as a special dinner experience making it a more expensive TS option, so it's now a poor value and the convenience factor isn't spectacular with 3 shows that night............
If someone has been there recently could you please confirm. The Disney site just says "menu subject to change without notice".

Dessert sampler = true
No appetizer = false

As of last week.

And the food is good. On par with a Carrabba's.

Fantasmic package is a great 1TS credit here!

I was there last week. We had a choice of a non-alcoholic beverage, an appetizer, an entree, and a group dessert was brought out to the table, so no choice on the dessert.

I did not "ask" for anything else, but I am sure if DS wanted ice cream instead they would have done it.

As for our experience:

Service was average compared to great last two times.

Appetizers were excellent

Entree's were very disappointing: we all got the steak and each of them were overly fatty. Comes with Mac/Cheese now that was dry. The flavor was good, but we all felt the fight to get the steak was not worth it. DH had the steak at Nine Dragons and it was a smaller amount but he was able to eat the entire amount

Desserts were good, but not enough for three adults. We had one small piece of Tiramasui, 2 small cheesecake domes, and two small tarts.

Hope this helps. I would go back, just no steak next time.
