Taylor Swift Concert Ticket Prices

I didn't order actual tickets. I chose the download option.. which I haven't done yet.

Did the same. Ticketmaster holds them in you account page and you can print them anytime. Seemed the best option.

Hoping and praying that tomorrow we are able to purchase 4 tickets.

Have never used Ticketmaster before - any great advice for a newbie?

I purchased early for the MA show in July 2013. Was able to pre-buy because we have Pats season tickets. Got pretty good seats for DD, now just have to find a way to convince the wife she wants to go. Good Luck!

Register for the site ahead of time and buy while signed in. You get limited time to click through the pages and I would hate to see you lose them while processing. Other than that, be ready as soon as they sale window opens. Logged on and ready to click.

I signed up last year before the concert here in Indianapolis and never got the code. Even worse is that I have gotten at least 10 emails over the past two weeks with deals on purchasing items from her website, but no presale email. Very disappointed!

I did the presale thing and bought tickets for DD and I. The seats weren't great, but were ok. I checked again when they went on general sale and tried a dozen times and the seats were comparable to what I had gotten 2 days earlier. I tried one more time and low and behold, awesome tickets came up and I nabbed them! So pre-sale tickets aren't necessarily the best seats. The great ones I got came up about 10:10 am.

Also- download the ticketmaster app if you can. Online, I had about 15 minute wait. With the app, I had tickets in about 2 minutes.

When I first logged on at 10am this morning for the Houston show, the $30 tickets were available but I was too busy trying to see where we would be seating- terrible mistake. It gave me about 30 seconds to decide. I did not pay attention and my ticekts were gone by then. When I tried again-about 1 min later-there were no more $30 tickets left.

The next level was $65 and those were gone by 10:10 am. The only difference I saw with the $65 tickets were that seats were in the front of the stage instead of on the side but still in the same upper section.

I kept refreshing and trying for the $30 seats over and over. By sheer luck, around 10:20, 2 showed up and I did not hesite this time. If your priority is saving money over where you sit, hit continue asap on the first screen before you lose your tickets! Good luck

ugh - I somehow completely missed this. i've been checking every couple of months for an entire year now for an upcoming concert and somehow tuned out all of last month

Tix are sold out at the 3 stadiums within driving distance. This stinks. My DD would adore this. Any idea where else I can get tickets? I have Amex Gold and Visa Signature if that can help at all?

I've been reading over this thread to get tips so that I am ready. So far I have signed up on her website for presale tickets which go on sale Wednesday. I don't have Amex so thats out as a presale. I also went to look at signing up on the venue site but I couldn't find anything for American airlines (Dallas). I also will be already signed in on Ticketmaster for a speedy checkout process. Are there any other tips or experiences you guys had with Taylor Swift tickets?

Now if I can wrap my head around the prices $70-$270

See if there is a FB page for her tour. I just bought tickets to the NKOTB/98 degrees/Boyz II Men tour that's coming through DC in June. The FB presale was the day before the usual presale. We really didn't care too much about having great seats, it's a 40th bday celebration trip for myself and my BFF, but we did get decent seats for about $70/ticket after fees. I went online on Saturday morning at 10 AM just to see if better seats were available and I couldn't find any and within 2 hours, the concert appeared to be sold out. I'm glad I jumped on the FB code.

FYI- you don't always get the best seats at presale. My sister tried to tell me this, but I didn't believe her. I bought Taylor Swift tickets during presale and they were ok, but not great. For fun, on general sale day, I tried to see what kind of seats I could get. About 9-10 minutes after they went on sale, I scored awesome seats- way better than the pre-sale seats. I think the key was that when you go in to select tickets, they hold those seats in your account for 9 minutes. If you don't buy them, they are released back out after 9 minutes and that's how I got the great seats. Also, the Ticketmaster app is way, way faster than online.
