9674 - it's non-connecting and on Castaway Cay side. 10658 will give you noise from Cabanas in the AM.

8188 is the largest & also non-connecting. We have that on 3 of our next cruises. 9674 is our 2nd choice.

When I was booking I googled all the room numbers and looked at the photos and 8188 looked great!! It's in the dead center of the aft.

We recently had connecting 9174 & 9176 and loved them! I agree with previous post regarding opting for 9674 for view of cc. No vibrations felt at all.

We were in 10160 and didn't have any problems with noise from Cabanas at all. People here in the board had made me nervous, but it was totally unwarranted. We would take that room again in a minute!

Just adding one more positive comment about 8188. Leaning towards booking it again for 2014.

Vibration was horrendous backing into CC. Well worth it for the verandah though.

Thank you! I booked 9674. 8188 was not available. I had read reviews for 9674 that said vibrations were so bad they were seasick. One even said they had to switch rooms because vibrations were so bad.

I sleep like a rock (slept through Hurricane Hugo), but dh is a very light sleeper.

We have 9174 & 9176 & 9674 booked for Dec 15th sailing on the Fantasy
So looking forward to what my DS says is the "whole back of the ship". Booked on opening day before anyone was reporting the "vibrations". I hope it is not bad as I tend to get motion sick.

Will report back after our cruise.

thanks all, we were in room 9662 an 8B on our last cruise and it was in the AFT and we had no issues with vibrations, sure we knew when we were backing into port but we all sleep so incredibly well(best sleep we have all had) My husband declared last night after much research that he wants room 8188 so I have a courtesy hold on it and I am on the phone waiting for DCL to firm it up and remove our reservation on 9764
