tomorrow night!
yes, Friday is a work from home day, but I have enough hours already so I don't have to work....
And speaking of whom: She just got notice that her landlord isn't renewing her lease. So now she has to find a new apartment (which means that I have to go help her - she's only legally an adult!) And the new job she wanted fell through. Add her to the "bad luck or no luck" crowd!
I have faith she will get something much better!
UPDATE: I saw the new apartment this weekend, and it is gorgeous! (At least by city standards.) It's much bigger than the one she's in now, for not a lot more money. And the old place would have raised the rent anyway. So this could turn out to be a blessing in disguise.Aww, I hope she is able to find a new place quickly and that an even better job presents itself!!
Those troubles definitely aren't light, especially to have to face on your own. I'm sure she really appreciates having you there to help her

And bigger news . . . all of you were right - she got a different job, but one that she was shooting for! We're all so excited! New apartment, new job, new year! And it's just in time for Chanukah, which starts on Saturday night. Now helping her move will be a total joy! If only her apartment weren't on the top floor of a building with no elevators.
