Booking the Cruise:
Please note: On Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, Member Services transactions will be limited to:
- Reservations for the Member Cruise
- Reservations that will occur between Sunday, Dec. 9 and Tuesday, Dec. 11
Member Services will be happy to fulfill any other request on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012.

Member Services will book reservations for this cruise starting
8 a.m. EST on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012. Please call member Services to book yours!
To call toll-free from outside the U.S. or Canada, call your AT&T access number.
If you live in Japan, please call Member Services at 0120-98-4050 to make or modify a reservation.
Due to heavy call volume, your wait time to speak with a Member Services Cast Member will be longer than usual. We expect this to be a popular cruise and apologize in advance for any delay in speaking with you.

Things to Know Before You Call:
Please have the following information ready when you call:
- Membership ID Number
- First, second and third stateroom category choicescategories sell out quickly for this event
- Special dietary needs
- Special medical needs
- Castaway Club Number (provided to repeat cruisers by Disney Cruise Line)
For each person sailing on the Member Cruise, please have the following information ready:
- Legal name and middle initial, spelled as it appears in print on birth certificate or passport
- Home address
- Home telephone number
- Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Citizenship/Nationality
To be respectful of your time and to accelerate our processes with this event, specific staterooms will not be assigned upon booking. However, the category you confirm will be immediately guaranteed. If you are confirming two staterooms, we will have the ability to advise if a connecting configuration is available. To assist in your planning, you may wish to visit disneycruise.com to view the ship layouts and general locations associated with the categories offered.
As soon as you have confirmed your cruise, you will be able to see your Disney Vacation Club reservation number along with point usage on dvcmember.com. Within three weeks of booking, you will receive a printed confirmation that will include your
Disney Cruise Line confirmation number. Once you have this, you will be able to view and manage your cruise on disneycruise.com, which will include your specific stateroom assignment.
Please note the following important booking information about the Member Cruise:
There is a two-stateroom limit per Membership.
Due to the unique nature of these special events, Members are permitted to pay cash for all passengers if they so choose.
Disney Vacation Club will waive the initial transaction fee associated with booking your Disney Cruise Line reservation for this Member Cruise voyage.
A non-refundable $95 transaction fee will apply to all modifications associated with a Member Cruise reservation.
Disney Vacation Club will accept the following methods of payment for Members not using Vacation Points to book the cruise: JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. If paying by credit card, please have the credit card number, expiration date and the name that appears on the card available. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Member Services will only accept reservations by phone. Booking requests will not be accepted by fax or email.
For the safety of our Guests, women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date will not be permitted to sail due to safety concerts. Neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be able to override the policy. Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage.
Disney Cruise Line policy prohibits infants less than 12 weeks of age as of embarkation date to travel.
Memberships not purchased directly from Disney Vacation Development, Inc. on or after March 21, 2011 will not have access to this Member Cruise.

Category T: One Bedroom Suite with Verandah
Category 4 and V: Deluxe Family Stateroom with Verandah
Category 5 and 6: Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah
Category 7: Deluxe Stateroom with Navigator's Verandah
Category 8: Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom
Category 9: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom
Category 10: Deluxe Inside Stateroom
Category 11: Standard Inside Stateroom
Category 5-7, and 9-11 can accommodate up to the 3 or 4 Guests per room, while Categories T, V, 4 and 8 can accommodate up to 4 or 5 Guests per room. For more information, visit DisneyCruiseLine.com.
