Feeling a bit loopy and tired but wanted to say helloooooooooooooo to some of my favorite people ever. Kiddo's at Girl Scouts. She asked me to wait in the car ... because I have nothing better to do, obviously.

I'm dyin' over all the MIL comments. Let me just say an ocean away is about as close as we wanna be.

Ahhh, and all this Universal talk. When we were coming back via MCO last Sept., I made the mistake of walking into the Universal store there. Got all over the Potter stuff. This will come as no surprise to Janet.

Awwwww....we have electionic ballots, every year a different kiddo gets to press the buttons.....this year was Brandon, he was SO excited

Very high-tech! I kinda wish we had the old booths with the levered curtain. Loved the sound the lever made. The things we remember from childhood.

Hi everyone!!! I've been away for a little while. Life gets busy sometimes, haha. How is everyone? Any resort changes lately? I'm thinking of just sticking with the Poly now, lol. I wish I knew when the Fiji longhouse was due for refurbishment, right now there's no date except 2013. :/

I called them last night...so I will be doing credit card, and hubs debit card (I REALLY hate cash) especially traveling alone with the little ones They said 5-10 business days....which is during our trip..it's all good Candace..just a hiccup

I never carry cash either! The debit card is such a wonderful invention, except when it's missing.

I feel so stupid for losing it...I always put it in my wallet immediately. But I guess my purse wasn't zippered...oh who knows. At least no one went on a spending spree...I bet I'll find it....now that it's inactivated

Last year I thought I lost my EZ Pass at the car wash (the day we were leaving for Disney of course) and reported it lost...yeah DH found it under the front passenger seat

With the debit card...and the power outage...I couldn't take the chance

Yup, snow! Right now it's an icy mix. The girls were very excited, and I am just excited that school was not cancelled!!!

I feel like I am boring right now too! I think that's why I get the itch to change...just to switch things up a bit.

But, BC seems very right for us this trip and I'm feeling very about it.

Dani, that is so me too!! Hope everything worked out okay with the debit card and hope you were able to get the wallet before it walked away .....

One time when the kids were younger I stopped for gas, put my wallet on the roof rack ... pumped the gas and then went on my merry way on the expressway ... noticed these people gesticulating to me ... thought they wanted to get in my lane so I waved them on .. then they started mouthing words and pointing to the top of the car ... then the light bulb went off, pulled over, and by some miracle the wallet was intact.

DetTigsGal – I am happy to hear that schools were released early yesterday and delayed today for the snow. I used to love when that happened when I was in school! I actually used to love driving in the snow…I don’t know what is wrong with me

Jeanette – DUH, I didn’t even look at the Universal dates. My kids really want to go again just to go on Despicable Me, older DS went with this friends this summer and said it was a fun ride and well done. I cant believe you lost power again, I hope it stays on for good this time. Ugh on the debit card fiasco, and yes it ALWAYS turns up somewhere stupid

Miss – so how was that wait in the car last night the things we do for our kids! I soooo wish there was an ocean between MIL and I, thankfully 1000+ miles is enough that I don’t have to deal with her too often.

Candace - glad the girls have school today, I hope the roads aren’t too bad. I haven’t talked to my BF’s yet this morning so I am not in the loop to how much MA/NH got. I know they were both trying to get things done yesterday morning before the snow started. Besides not feeding yourself dinner at night, how is the single mom juggling act going?

Janet – I totally agree with you, that “other” castle is really an amazing site. We were all so impressed on how well they did HP, it really looks awesome, even from a far. about the wallet on the roof, you were very lucky it didn’t fly off!
