I got one. So darn excited!
It was for FD for 2013 dates up to Mar. 7th and a room only PIN code up to 35% off for dates up to September.
It worked for our dates and we booked 9 nights FD at POR end of Jan. There are 5 of us - 4 disney adults, so that is a huge savings for us!
Here's hoping some gets sprinkled your way!
I do not know what it is but I seem to get nearly everyone that comes out. Sometimes I get one and then a few days latter I get another one.
I have booked every trip I have taken on a Pin code so I wonder if they realize in order to intice me to go they need to send me a lot of offers.
The trick I found that works best for me is if I price out a vacation on Waltdisneyworld.com under my profile and save the vaction but not book it a few days later I will get an email that says something along the lines of "I see you have been considering a vaction how bout taking advantage of this new promotion." Generally the promotion just happens to be for the dates I was pricing on line. Now mind you I only go in the off season when promos are more common.
I've never received a WDW pin code, despite using all the suggested tricks. Have saved multiple vacation offers on the disneyworld.go site. Have opened numerous email accounts - Google Mail, Yahoo. Have opened accounts in my husband's name, too. Have called Disney. Nothing. I am starting to think like you, muddypaws, that Disney knows I am a "sucker." Shut me out of pin codes, yet I keep going back again and again.
I have received a number of codes (not in the past couple of years, though) for Disneyland. I've only been to Disneyland once, back in 2004. I am in western Canada, like you muddypaws, so I am wondering if there is an east-west connection. Seems like Canadians who get WDW pin codes are in the Maritimes or Ontario. Have any of you western Canadians ever received a WDW pin code?
